How to send multiple list items in ONE email using Microsoft Flow

- I recently received a question from one of my students that when he queries a SharePoint list and wants to send the result as one e-mail, by default Microsoft Flow sends one email per list item. In this video, you will see how to package all items in one e-mail.

Hi Alireza, A great video. A very clear explanation. One follow up question please. If you have a choice list and want to show the selections in an email, is it the same idea. By default, Sharepoint does not display all values in one go. Thanks

Great video, very helpful. Can this also be done so that it creates a list of either:
Links directly to each sharepoint item on the list
Or
Links to documents contained within a column of the list.
The idea being that the user can click straight from the email into either the document the list item refers to or to the list item itself.

I followed your steps and modified it to suit my requirements. Thank you for this but the emails are coming in increments. Example first email will be 1st item detail's, second email has 1st and 2nd items details, 3rd email 1st, 2nd and 3rd item details. Not sure where im going wrong. I added it like this
Recurrence
Initialize variable
Get items
Compose :formatdatetime(addDays(utcNow(),-90 `yyy-MM-dd')
Apply to each
Output from previous steps:value
Condition
Date of request is less than or equal to compose outputs
If yes
Apply to each

Then I continued the steps you mentioned
I get the email in incremenrs

I want to traverse the first list , get the email , department, and send a combined list of all items within that department for each of the departments if you can point me to a resource or show me how
Hi. I was able to do this. How can I insert information from multiple columns within my list and also limit the submissions by date?
I'm trying to get this to work, but instead of a list, I am sending an email when new files are added to a specific sharepoint folder. It works almost perfect. The only issue is that the email is sent regardless of if there is a new file in the folder or not. If there are any new files, it works as intended and even lists the names of the files in the body of the email. If there are no new files, then it sends the email anyways, just without names of files in the body.
Is there a way to condition the flow to stop if there are no new files before it tries again?
The recurrence is every 3 hours.

Hi alireza, I createa a flow getting failed on resume attachment. flow is I got an email from consultancy or vendor candidate details in excel like(fname,lname,noticeperiod,etc) and resume attachment(docx or pdf). I saved this files in shared documents. next flow I read the excel using excel connectors (get table, listrows present in table) finally all values saved in list except attachment (docx,or pdf). because condition I mentioned filenamewith extension contains xlsx then read the data . but attachment not adding in particular row.I used lookup function also for refrence of file but no use. is there any possiblities to add attachement through ms flow only.

Hi Alireza, I am trying to send all files under a folder in sharepoint to be sent in one mail using automate attaching the array variable in the mail but when i receive the mail there are no attachments in the mail. Can you please help me on this as the array variable is getting saved but in mail it does not shows attachments.
My proces: i chose ID Number from a pivot tabel to get the data of the person. Inside the data there will be 7 Rows. Inside every row there is an email adres of that person in colom email person. I want to send automatic emails by clicking on the ID number to get the data of the person. Then i put the data inside HTML Table so that the person can see all the data from all colomns. My problem is that power automate sends 7 emails instead of 1 email. the content of the email is the same but i can't figure a way out on how to send only 1 email instead of more. Currently I do send one email to each user, but the HTML table is not filtered, so they both get the whole list.

How does this work if I have multiple people to email? For example, I have one list with emails & another list with the tasks assigned. The primary key of the task is the foreign key in the emails list.
Hello, I have a question, I have watched your course in flow in udemy as part of my workplace requirement to finish a project I am still working on and I could not get my answer yet . I am trying to replace an infopath form in our sharepoint . I have created one or two different flow successfully , but my goal is based on one condition or case ,the flow send emails to different email address. I have several ( almost 60 conditions ) to 60 different email addresses. I know I can create 60 cases but my flow will be huge horizontally , I just want to simplify this , is this possible at all ?.thanks for your advice in advance.

If we have a complete list of items as you showed in this video how to get all of them and send as email, and your other video tells us how to send as formatted table, but I don't see how you use the OData filter to get only the selected items in the list if you check more than 1 item. For example if we want to select 5 items, I can use ODATA to filter only on items that match any of the column values because I know the column name, but what is the "select items" checkbox column name to put in the query?
Alireza Aliabadi or anybody... someone has an idea how to send one email to each Person defined in a SharePoint list in which' list they are tagged to multiple items? Example: A SharePoint list has 10 items. Each item is tagged to a person. Now an email should be sent to each Person in which their corresponding items from the list are listed as HTML items. To me, it sounds like a nested "Apply To Each" but I'm really struggling with it. Can't even find a similar example online :-((

@alirezaAliabadi - the flow works, but the data comes through in the email as the basic code i.e. not in a structured way - any thoughts?

Forget about Power Automate. SharePoint Alert does the job for you just out of the box.

@@yashikagarg164 My understanding is that you want one consolidated notification of all files updated in the past 24 hours. Correct? If that's the case open the SharePoint library and click on "Alert Me". In the "Send Alerts to" section include all the e-mail addresses that should receive the update notice and in the "When to Send Alerts", select send a daily summary.

Create a team Flow so now the Flow has a second owner. Then second owner can remove the first owner.
