  • In this video we will create a Scheduled Cloud Flow to send an automated email once a week with data from a SharePoint List. The automation will be triggered from a recurrence trigger, will grab the items we have in the selected SharePoint list, filter based on a criteria that we choose and populate them in an Excel Spreadsheet that is saved in a SharePoint Library. Then it will grab that Excel Spreadsheet and send it as an attachment to a person or group of your choice.

I don’t have a list. I have a sharepoint file. What can I use instead of get items?

You want to send the file or the file content?

My requirement is that I have to send emails to people with status overdue. So basically instead of all of the data, I have to filter the contents and then send it. Second thing is that my data will be stored as a csv file on the sharepoint instead of list. Can you help me by tweaking the flow as per my need and create a separate video for the same.

I am getting 10 duplicates of each item. How can I get rid of the duplicates?
