you need to throw the bread on the pan, preferably after the patties, so you get some beef juice infused charring on the bun. It makes a huge difference, that's a promise!

I work for McD, in the kitchen, and that was actually pretty accurate 😍 next time you should try putting the minced onion on the cooking meat (so it gets cooks as well) -- I can't say whether we do this or not, nor what's really inside the sauce 👀✨

IMHO You went wrong with the French dressing, the dressing here is an almost fluorescent orange and very sweet tasting with a tangy edge. Chemical overload but it's so good. 😁
It should also be Thousand Island Dressing not French. Growing up we made knock off Big Mac sauce all the time and it was literally just 1000 island dressing & sweet pickle relish mixed together.

Counter means you (morning) put together shake/ice cream machine, go up and downstairs to stock up cups, bags, etc, drop fries, nuggets, and fish, clean, take orders and serve. You might also help out by running back to the walk in to fetch more onions ir lettuce or something. Those who close take apart and clean the machines, etc

Try instead: - 3 tbs mayo - 1 tbs american mostard (the very yellow one) - 1tbs sweet relish or 1-2 mashed pickles (small ones) with a pinch of sugar - 1 tee spoon powdered onion (prefer powder to natural to last longer in the fridge) - 1/2 tee spoon powdered garlic - 1 tee spoon paprika There's no need to add extra sourness (vinegar) if your mustard is already sour. My advice is to try it first without, and then add 1 tee spoon vinegar if needed.

The Big Mac Sauce honestly is more orange in colour cause it is basically pickles and mayo, so customers ordering Bigmac no Pickles cause they say they are allergic but orders with extra/heavy sauce are all hypocrites.

Okay as someone who worked at maccies for over six years, we’ve got some key improvements to be made here lads:
• Toast those buns a bit more (both sides for the middle bit)
• Shred your lettuce and dice the onion up a bit more
• It’s just the two pickle slices, steady on
• Season your meat when it’s coming off the grill
• Pop it in a box and chuck it around a bit so everything inevitably makes a hot mess in the box
