You should also debunk that old video from the 70's where a guy from China uses Qi energy to heal people and set things on fire. It's a cool video and it's hard to believe that it's computer-generated special effects at that time.

This is not debunking of telekinesis but only debunking some of people pretending to do telekinesis plus general speculation and narrative based on accepted beliefs. So much for the scientific method.

I heard that the spoons that these people use are a different metal that has a very low melting point, so rubbing a brittle part of the spoon produces enough heat to make it bend. Anyone else hear this?

Magic is magic no matter how it is labeled. Telekinesis is right up there with alchemy.
Fucking with quantum fields is hella far away from mixing metals to make shit, also the whole gold to lead deal is not actually what everyone did with alchemy that was just like finding the holy grail, It was the most absolute perfect outcome and it was the top rung everyone was trying to get too and if they did they won existence the game got completed it was just really primal chemistry. And telekinesis is just really crude quantum mechanics.

david turning water into wine isnt telekinesis that is moving objects towards yourself without moving and people can kind of do this if they are good at building contraption and dont want to move from their spot or if you can get somebody to do something for you

+thaitichi Not sure if you're claiming the opposite (I don't think you do) but hypnosis works. Although of course there are people just pretending to hypnotise other people on stage.
David Pakman is a liberal. Just as he is not fully honest on political issues and spews out his bias there, there's no reason why he should be dabbling in topics he has no experience or knowledge about. For instance in this video he didn't mention at least one area where telekinesis has shown results and that's the ability of people to slightly affect the outcome of random number generators mentally. This has been acknowledged by some in the scientific community including astronomer Carl Sagan.
