Being a student of history I am indebted to R C Majumdar Sir as all through my Graduation and Post Graduation period in studying Indian History, his writings influenced me a lot. As student of Ancient Indian History I lacked enough opportunities to go through the three volumes of Sir pertaining to our freedom struggle. Now after my retirement, I want to purchase all the three volumes to donate to my college from where I completed my intermediate and graduation.
Please help me where to get it with the cost.

After banishing the very well renowned historian Dr.R C.Majumdar (who can be very well be told as the best historian of his time), Nehru advised one Tarachand (who was not at all a historian) for writing ordered/desired/ twisted history. Later on historians like Irfan Habib, Romila Thapar etc. continued writing such distorted history of India.
Govt. should be courageous to provide true history of India to all our citizen.

Always enjoy the Dharma Dispach podcasts. I feel it will be a good tribute to the great historians like R C Mazumdar if all the content of history narrated by Sandeep Balakrishnan through these podcasts is published in a book form (both written and audiobook). Being concise, students and particularly general public will not have to go through large volumes of history written by various writers to know the truth. I personally feel the content to be well researched and authentic and worth knowing by all the nationalist people in a short time.

Rendering such revealing, educative works in english is again concealing the facts from a large chunk of people.In my humble opinion , such works should be rendered in the language/es which is/are widely and easily understood..

I am a Bengali born January 1947 and needless to say that we had a highly nationalistic childhood till l we were in our school-leaving state, but on going through this episode, I realize how limited has our knowledge been. In Calcutta we lived in an area that was very close to a main Road named Jessore Road, which was a must for anyone coming to Calcutta by Air to go to the main parts of the City and on many such occasions when Nawab Nehru visited Calcutta and took this road on reaching the Airport, I remember having gone to the Main Road to have a look of the Nawab even till the age of 12/13 years. But had our real knowledge of this spurious character was genuine we ought to have thrown some lumps of Cow-dung at him even at the risk of getting arrested!

Nehru was committed to his toxic ideology and had the guts to remove all obstacles in pursuing it ! Lucky for me that I switched my BA Major from History to Ancient Indian Culture where I had RC Majumdar's Ancient India as the core reading, besides other reference reading. Although the corruption had already seeped in with the AIT. I'd even met Romila Thapar once in my college, not realizing then what a criminal the arrogant woman was!

Nawab Nehru was a BAZARU person. He also after getting independence, after everything came under him, in Parliament, he ask Late Sri Harivanshrai Bachchan to present. So, Late Sri Harivansh started saying in Sanskrit Language, Nehru objected asking what you are saying & what is this language, Late Sri Harivanshrai Bachchan said i am saying in Sanskrit language(he thought that the Sanskrit language will be used further onward as common language). Nehru said, no Sanskrit, i want BAZARU language, on which Late Sri Harivanshrai Bachchan asked what is that language, then Bazaru Nawab Nehru said the mix of Hindi & Urdu.
Because Urdu was born in Mohabbat ki Dukan of Rahul Ghandy, ie: Kotha - human flesh trading spot, where all muslim rules & nawab used to visiting in evening to enjoy XTRA marital affairs.

I am aware of Nehru's acrimony with Dr.R.C.Mazumdar.Nehru wanted R.C.Mazumdar to write History of Freedom Movement under his guidance. He refused.He said,he was Historian first and Historian last.Nehru asked S.Gopal to write the history with his Marxists friends.Whether that saw the light of the Day,we don't know.
But nobody can deny,defy the contributions to History by Sir J.N.Sirkar and Dr.R.C.Mazumdar. Great Respects to both of them.
