useful tip: right click on audio meter and set db levels to -24db which makes your audio meter from 0 to -24db only so you can better see your audio levels. and using essential sound is good but don't forget to actually learn what every slider does. every effect in essential sound panel is a seperate effect available in effects panel>audio effects.

This helped me knock out the daunt, AND I was able to mix all my sound by the time I was done watching through this video. THANK YOU!!!
Rather than muting all the other layers, or selecting them and disabling them, why not just click the S (next to the M for mute) which solo's the track you want to hear?
It seems like Accusonas isn't working so well with Premiere Pro recently. Any suggestions on another plug-in that might work better and would still have Premiere support?
13:59 I followed this and the older tutorial for making use of the Essential Sound panel for ducking dialogue beneath music, but Premiere refuses to lay down any keyframes after clicking "Generate Keyframes." I'm baffled on how to get it to cooperate. I'm using ver 23.1 build 86. Maybe there's a bug?

sigh.... another sellout masked as a tutorial, disappointed [edit] also, the volume sliders are meant to be used for automation, such as ducking or time specific adjustments, the overall clip adjustment should be edited on the soundwave level, like gain and compression at the very least, so any effects and processing plugins work at their ideal input levels, premiere's audio editing capabilities are very limited, i guess on purpose so they can sell Audition and get more money, but for smaller projects, exporting audio and editing it on a free or cheap audio editor for these basic adjustments (that should have been incorporated into premiere) then bringing it back would be much better overall
One thing I want to ask is sometimes when I edit on speakers on my pc the video sounds perfectly balanced. But as soon as I export the video and watch it on my phone , the audio levels sound messed up. Is it that the speakers of my pc are causing the issue?

Let´s say I´ve finished editing my video. While I was putting everything together I was manually trying to "mix" clip by clip using key frames. Now that I am done with it, I exported and it doesn´t sound good. I will go with this method but... to do this, first I shall clean all the effects I´ve already putted on my timeline, right?
I really appreciate all your channel has taught me this past year. However, I have a major problem with my Premier Pro. When I export the video file it is all green when it publishes. Audio is fine but total green screen. I uninstalled, reinstalled, used a lower version, all with same result. I am working a Macbook Air. I also tried the same thing using De Vinci Resolve, same result. When exporting on my wife's imac, all good. Any clues? Computer is on 18 months old. Appreciate any help you can give.

I have a backlog of PG videos to watch, as I have been busy filming around Europe and in the UK. I always love the way Premiere Gal presents and either reminds or sometimes reveals features and new additions in Adobe. This clip was no exception. I always joke that I hate sound and I do 'bully' our sound crew mercilessly, but I am lucky that I work with three excellent sound specialists, however, thanks largely to this tutorial, I will be able to present them with a more complete job. Hey premier gal! I've noticed that I can't install MOGRTs into premiere. I use the 2018 version of premiere and even if I download a MOGRT which is compatible with my version of premiere, it still fails to work! It's driving me up proverbial walls! Can you please do a lesson on troubleshooting such issues? Thank you for your service.
You can reverse engineer it and reopen it in After Effects and export it as a new .mogrt following these steps: ruclips.net/video/t25C8McugXs/видео.html
The video should have been titled "How to do a voice cleanup with Accusonus ERA Bundle" since it's really not about the Adobe Premiere Pro apart from changing audio loudness.
Hi Michael - I disagree. First and foremost I talk about recording the source and the importance of recording audio with an external mic. I also preach throughout that my recorded voice is acceptable. I show how to use essential sound for three types of sounds. For voice specifically, I show noise repair and clarity, and volume in the essential sound panel. I said if you don’t find the repair or clarity sliders work for your voice, which for mine it doesn’t do as well, you can use accusonus. Which is a fantastic plug-in! But I don’t ignore the essential sound panel at all, I present what’s available. I also then go on to show how to level music and sfx, part of the entire sound mixing process. I have time coded chapters as well that show the different sections. I provide the options and the way I do it for my voice, it’s how I edit and mix my sound. The beauty of sound editing today is there are many approaches and this is my current approach. It has evolved and I hope some of my tools and approach can help others navigate their sound better.
Love the idea of putting the mic on a leg instead of overhead. Every youtuber seems to be doing it overhead but it's so inaccessible for people starting, and nobody tells them they could do it a lot easier with just a monopod :)

It looks like Accusonus is no longer in operation. Is there another sound mixing plugin you recommend that's similar?
