    Consistency is key, don't pick up too many habits you cant keep up with. Pace yourself, you will naturally drop old habits and gain new ones over time :)

    Looking at my self now , I changed for the better and i am a whole different person , beginning of 2020 is a low version of myself and rn is a disciplined and responsible version , the pandemic def was a blessing in disguise and this year has been one of the
    Bests I’ve experienced

    Smfh their's always that one person who dislike a GOLDEN NUGGET video like this. Jordan is speaking facts the power of these exercises long term will benefit you great in your physical,emotional, spiritual, mental wellbeing, sad to say am a victim of instant gratification, because of that I'm a bit inconsistent with these exercises which dictates my results.
    Thanks for this video jordon, really inspired me to be more consistent with these exercises if I expect better results.

    Great advice!! Really want to change some of my habits to have more time, to be more creative, to accomplish things i have been thinking about for so long. Being distracted by other things ( like my phone or overthinking) is what’s stopping me from doing things that are going to get me somewhere. So i’m going to start with the first important step. Changing my daily habits. Good luck to everyone who is going to start or is in the middle of doing this! ✨✨

    Another great video bro one thing I would add is you have to start small with habits , example : start off meditating for 1 min and keep increasing slowly , you must build one habit at a time ...try building 1 each month and by the end of the year you’ll be a different person 💪 keep killing it everyone

    I've been taking cold showers for about 2 weeks now, and I've noticed that my skin is a lot smoother than before, and I don't think I'll go back to warm showers anytime soon lol, you rock my guy keep doing watchu doing , South Africa sees you .love

    Brooo during quarantine back in March. I didn't workout for 3-4 months even though I knew what to do and what steps to take during lockdown but i still messed up and fell off track. Although I did come back stronger than ever, but i keep regretting on why i didn't workout for more than three months and how much muscle and size gain i could have made during that time. I don't know how I fell off track even though I knew what to do. I literally lost myself during that period, i don't know why I thought of becoming a gamer when i knew that it would never work and my main goal will always be to grow my youtube channel as a fitness influencer, but i still wasted my whole year and my self doubt got the best of me. Now i can't stop regretting. I am 19 btw, and the people who have similar goals as me that took advantage of that lockdown period(3-4 months) back in March are soo far ahead of me right now. I would have been a much better person overall if i had taken advantage of that time. I don't understand how i lost myself for no reason at all and lost all of my progress. I suffered from depression as well only because of overthinking.

    Today I was jumping in the house and mid way i hit my hand on the sofa accidentally and my pointer finger got pulled backwards. Now I have a lot of pain in my pointer finger knuckle when I move it. Its swelling aswell... my mom told me that this pain can be re-occuring in the future. I'm 14 and I want to be a boxer in the future. I'm so scared that... a dream I've been chasing for years is going to be stopped by some knuckle pain. My cousin said I might've jammed or dislocated my finger. I don't know what happen but I'm still so scared...

      Its probably gonna be fine, just rest the finger and it will heal. im not a doctor tho.

      Cant really explain it to you but i can give you examples. For example affirmations are: I am confident. I am loved. I am enough. I know i am capable of achieving my goals.... you get the point. If you wanna practice them, you gotta say them a lot through the day so they will become subconcious . Keep them simple and really mean it and focus on them when you say them. Hope I helped you a little bit:)
