You’re videos are the most honest and realistic I’ve seen on RUclips. You describe the various workouts and what they target yet recognize it’s essentially impossible to solely target one muscle. That makes me trust your knowledge so much.

Very informative.Appreciate your time and hardwork. I have a very unique issue my abs cramps horribly when I do flexion exercises to train the rectus abdominis. But leg raises and similar exercises to train lower back doesn't trigger cramps much.Static exercises like planks doesn't trigger cramps either. It has been like this for few years now. When I started at age 16 I could do flexion exercises without an issue. Any advise would be appreciated(I am hydrated,my Sodium,Potassium,Calcium and Chlorine serum levels are normal)

Hey Eugene! Thank you so much for this, love the content and love the fancy technology you got to show us how the muscles work.
A quick question, I do a 20 minute HIIT routine for my abs twice a week (Chris heria's 20 minute work out), when doing ab exercises for time instead of reps, how do you suggest I go about progressive overload? So far, I've primarily worked on form to do so, but I'm getting pretty close to mastering the form, and I know just increasing reps too high doesn't really equate to overload, so should I try to focus on slowing down some of the movements to slow the concentric?

Great and informative video, it was really fun to watch, will you someday share more specific exercises to train directly each portion of the abdominals and how to perform them correctly? Unfortunately, the only 2 exercises that I know for abs are leg raises and any crunch movements in general, but I don't want to end up with a really developed rectus abdominis and underdeveloped obliques and transversus, so it would really come in handy
