- We had a blast restoring this Abandoned Baseball Field. We tried to call the number listed but could not reach the owner. A police officer told us it has been like this for a long time. We really want to see this beautiful field back in use with kids enjoying it, so we spent all day cleaning it up, mowing tall grass, and making it new again for free! Goodness, your jobs just keep getting bigger and bigger. Look at that now clean and beautiful baseball field just sitting there wondering where all the kids are. They still even have all those night lights still there and the covered patio area is so nice. I sincerely hope whoever owns that property will start using it again, there are so many things that large space could be used for. You are wonderful people to do what you do, this world needs more good folks like you and your sons.

Most of it was eaten by THIS world.
They have grown up, but NOT necessarily mature enough to be responsible - it is not the same.
YOU MUST Mature to be responsible - FOR YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY AND OTHERS,

SELFISHNESS AND STUPIDITY,

When my brother and I were your Son's age we had two baseball bats and several balls. we went to the field in the morning and in no time we had 10 kids at bat and 10 kids in the outfield. We played until lunch time and went home it was hot by then. We spent our whole Spring time in that field. Glad to see you guys cleaning up that field. You did a great job there. God bless you all.

Wonderful job! Shame on the school board or whoever owns it for not keeping it up. Now kids can go and play. Thank you for the example you and your boys are showing your community.

What a cool ball field. So sad it was abandoned. So many kids in the community could get a lot of use from that property. I just started watching, so looking forward to the transformation boys!
What a great thing to restore for use. There was a lady, who lived in a rural town, where there was NOTHING for kids to do. She conceived of baseball games and it became something many participated in over the years. Nice you all played when done.
"Sandlot" and "Field of Dreams" must watch.

What a fantastic job, guys, as always! Except for the grass & weeds being overgrown, I can't believe what a really nice recreation park that still is & the view is gorgeous! Everything still looks fairly new, not like an abandoned, run down place. That pavilion with the concession stand is fantastic! Wow, what a beautiful job! You and your son's deserve a lot of credit to restore this baseball field. Why would anyone abandoned it? It's obviously for high school players, and the diamond needs some serious work but overall, you showed what a nice place it would be again. Now, to answer for us that all important question; did they come back?

Absolutely outstanding work! You all volunteered your whole day to do this. Not sure what it cost you in gas, equipment wear and etc…but the time you spend with and what you instill in your boys is priceless.

Thank you for all your kindness and loving hearts. Now maybe the field will be used again. It would be nice if there was a team of men/women with children that would come in and paint and clean up the other items (like at this field the playground, tables, etc) since you and your boys do the lawn work. It is nice to see a Father to teach his boys the meaning of hard work, looking for where they are needed, etc. We need more real fathers/men to do that with their children. God Bless

Your a great father and your boys are like there dad. Wonderful job on ball field but maybe it was forgotten during the pandemic and finding the money now to bring it back and use it is more difficult. Let’s hope somebody drives by and sees that it’s still there and in fairly good condition or turn it into a park so and be used year-round and maybe rent out the building with the overhang for get-togethers and maybe add a few more.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
