    That poor mother. While she’s being beaten and violated in the worst way, she can hear her helpless daughter begging for her mommy. Then knowing you were about to die along with the anguish of being completely unable to do anything to save your baby must have been nothing short of hell for her.

    disgusting for him to use his wife’s sexual assault as an excuse to commit a crime to a mother and her daughter. just because someone hurt the one you love doesn’t mean you get to hurt others who are completely innocent. may mary phillips rest in peace and i wish lacey the best. He only admitted to killing 2 other women after he was dead. DNA testing proved he killed Lorraine Bennett. Apparently the letter he sent to his sister was in 2006 and was to be opened a year after his death, which is how he confessed to the murders of Lorraine and Regina Harrison. From what I read he was never up for parole, just appealing the death sentence

      Yea, I noticed that as well. I assume it was a mistake is the writing that wasn’t caught? As much as I hate to say this, I am beginning to think that this channel uses AI for the script writing and doesn’t always catch the mistakes the AI makes. 😭 I’ve noticed similar hiccups in the wording prior to this

    • @NotASnowflake
      @NotASnowflake 9 месяцев назад +53

      @@serkotsins I did a bit of research and what I found makes sense. It says that he was sentenced in two different cases. One of which he was eligible for parole. So, he would be able to be paroled on one of the charges and all that means is that he stops serving time for that charge and the death sentence charge begins. In no way was he eligible for "parole release". I don't see the point in taking up time and money for a parole hearing on a dead man walking.

      It's deeply concerning to hear about such negligence. Checking for vital signs and ensuring the well-being of the individuals involved should always be the first priority in any emergency situation. It's crucial for responders to assess the situation thoroughly before taking any further actions. Neglecting to do so can have serious consequences, and it's important for protocols to prioritize human life above all else

      Happened to me too. Cops took pictures before they realized I was alive. Found out from the paramedics it happens all the time. I feel like the cops meant well but were poorly trained, generally it seems to be an administration issue. Good thing we have medical staff assess "bodies" after cops to be sure.

    Saying that lacy was in the bathroom for “over 12 hours” is incorrect. Think about it. The guy got to the office right before her 4:00pm dentist appointment and the police showed just after 12:00am.
    Can’t imagine why the family would wait until it got to be so late. It would have been the first place they looked had they looked. I feel bad for them. The guilt must be awful. RIP Lacy’s momma.
