Unfortunately I would guess a cervical spine fracture, by the looks of things. C 4-5? possibly. Maybe 5-6. Devastating and heartbreaking. And I hope I'm dead wrong.

He was moving his fingers umable to feel feet they was real cautious. Might be neck injury hope he pulls out of it ok.
