I find it so rude when people have their phones out at weddings... They clearly have and paid a lot for photos and yall will most likely ruin many of those shots.
When my husband and I got married we asked the guest to not take any pictures during the ceremony. For reception we didn't care, we just asked to not have anyone post them to any social media.

I am pretty sure Rachel wanted them to take photos and videos because she would be too busy to do it herself, and I’m sure she would’ve made it clear to her guests to not film on their phones if that’s what she wanted. They’re also sitting towards the back from what I can see, along the same line of sight as the photographer so perhaps they aren’t in the shots.
