  • Nestled in the forest along the cliffs of the Columbia River Gorge, the Rivendell project is a perfect amalgamation of minimalism, biophilic design, healthy living, and beauty. We interviewed visual artist Stephen Proctor about his design choices, his connection to Japanese culture, and how intentional he was in crafting every detail of his dream home.

Beautiful. I'm converting my house to Nakamoto Forestry product starting December 12. Your house is a beautiful example of what I should expect. Cheers!

What a beautiful house and serene surroundings.
I love everything about it, inside and out.
I’m actually interested in building in Oregon as well.
You said it was affordable, would be interested in the final cost, only if you can divulge that information.
    Thank you

I don't know the exact number but I would estimate that just the siding material for Nakamoto or similar supplier is about $9 per square foot, you need to add labor to that. So it is not very expensive but definitely not cheap either.

How did you find people to build your home when you received the beautiful wood? Do they advice you on appliances? Thanks🤗

I have to use a VPN to access your site because I am located in Puerto Rico. It is part of the US. Even if you don't service PR, people living in PR often have real estate on the mainland. Blocking by geolocation in general is a bad idea. Edit: I see you disabled selecting text on your website. Man, you really need to relax. I'm trying to explore your product for a project and you're putting things in the way. You can't stop someone from taking things from your site. Not being able to select just makes it annoying that I can't copy/paste easily. I can still do it by dorking with F12, so all you are doing is annoying your customers.

Strange, we aren't blocking Puerto Rico. We acknowledge your annoyance with the text blocking and we are working on a solution which may address your concerns in the near future. Hope you get your samples soon!
