It has been 5 years that my pimple have lived on my face,I was 7 since I had lots of pimple starting to appear. It was very painful that people judged me and tease me! I wish they felt how I felt,I tried everything I could but it still won't and it made it a lot worst,I did use some face cleaning or cream that could make your pimple disappear but it made MUCH MORE WORST! I stopped and cried for the whole night,every single day! I really wanted to remove my pimples! I hope someone understood me....

Apply tea tree oil or aloe vera gel.it really help me to reduce acne
Atleast 2L of water everyday off which abt. 500ml straight after waking up in the morning. Keep skin clean. Pillow covers washed. Also check out what food might cause allergy to you e.g certain nuts (peanuts in my case), oily stuff etc. Dates cause pimple breakout on my face. A glass of milk cold or warm helps keep such breakout at bay.
