Here is my ice facial routine(very affordable) 1. Wash face with cleanser or without 2. apply toner 3. rub ice cube on face for 20 secs 4. don't dry face and add moisturiser My face is very soft and glowing after doing this for just 2 weeks! Hope this helped have a great day!

I'm not saying people clear skin don't. But I know that a lot of people find acne mentally tiring and straining and that they do clean there face. If you think it lowers them down in your expectations then you should reflect on yourself PERIODT.

It does work. Really. And if you have lots of pimples (basically you are a teen) you can see the difference within just a week. I rubbed one cube thrice a day and my pimples were significantly reduced, my face was also less oily. The only catch is if you get cold easily, then unfortunately it's not for you.

Here's a few affordable things you can do
1. Don't dry your face with a towel, let it air dry and apply moisturiser while it's still a bit wet ( it helps the moisturiser to easily get absorbed in your skin )
2.Rubbing ice on face has different outcomes for different skin types,
So please search if you can rub ice on your skin with your skin type
(I'm not an expert, I got to know about this from a diff source so I'm not sure about the consequences but still don't take a risk)
3.wash your bedsheet and pillow cover often because
When you sleep sideways all the germs get attached to your skin and causes acne
4.drink a LOT of water
Keep a bottle with you and drink 2-3 sips every few intervals
5.eat healthy
I have good skin and don't usually get pimples and i follow these

Yall. To people asking if it works, Yes it kinda does. So im a teen with fungal acne (the type of acne that are not pimples but small annoying bumps all over) and i have a combination skin type (oily on the tzone and dry on the cheeks). Its been almost a year since i was exploring different products but non of them seem to work. Some did reduce my acne but it didnt make it go away. But then i tried using ice cubes last month and after using it continuously for 2-3 weeks, I TELL YOU. The inflammed bumps are going away and my skin seems more glowy and healthy. And take note i sleep at 6am and my skin's still doin ok 😭 the ice cubes does reduce inflammation and redness, and it does help your skincare products absorb better. I use it at night before going to sleep so i wake up with a calm and glowy face. Also, please please pleaase do your best to prevent processed sugary foods and dairy products because it does affect our health and acne. Ik its hard bc im basically inlooove with milk and chocolates but we have to for the sake of our skin 😩. (This is just my experiene !! Im not a professional and pls consult a dermatologist or aesthetician :> ) PLUS, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE USE SUNSCREEN (even if you're just at home) And to anyone still reading this, chin up king/queen!!
