@tessaaaaa12 For me, since I'm short and quite inactive, my maintenance is around 1600-1700 (also taking into account my hormonal imbalance). I've tested it and found it to be right.
@@toastisntedible. It's a bit unrealistic to expect everyone to hit major exercise goals. Some people are also parents (especially stay at home parents), and simply just don't have that kind of time and energy to dedicate to exercise.
@@tessaaaaa12 My maintenance is around 1600 to 1700 calories, I'm short and inactive physically (not enough physical therapy to matter). I will stay pretty much dead on my weight if I eat at that amount. It really just depends. And before the other person in the comments jumps at me, yes, I am disabled.
Guys… 1800 calories is the minimum amount humans need to stay energized and maintain light physical activity. 2000 calories will not be “too much” food
@@evepeterson14I am 37 kg and 4ft 11 and 1200 is my BMR. that's the minimum needed for my body to function and maintain my weight, I am quite underweight. 1200 is not enough for the average person. every once in a while is fine but it will lead to weight loss or malnutrition
...."you know male"🤔 what does it mean.. if you know a male person? Oh no I think that if you know males you need MUCH MORE ENERGY to stand them being idi*ts....
I was like going into the comments like “I swear If people start judging her food choices”
Thank you. ❤
I needed this❤️❤️
Well it depends
It is for me
Eating 2000 calories: 🥰
Burning 2000 calories: ☠
for me it is
Depends on height and gender
that’s and physical excretion per day
@@MattelynJarrett-d2did say yeah, ur pretty tall and you need that energy
Yup. I'd gain weight At that amount. I'm short
2000 is a lot for someone who doesn’t exercise or have a physical job
not really. 2000 is around the average women’s maintenance

if they don’t exercise because of disability its one thing, but if they dont exercise because they don’t want to then its a problem
