You will not be disappointed with the hyperboom. I've come from 2 x 12" Rockford fosgate power series subs and speaker componentry. This absolute UNIT stacks up if not better, at only 5kgs.... it fits in a large backpack......like what??? Its absolutely MINDBLOWING such amazing dynamic high range with killer bass you can feel especially in a car. Love this speaker 💘
Were you using the 12's as PRs for your tweeters? Like the hyperboom is a pretty good speaker. But it definitely doesn't come close to even a 8 inch Walmart sub. The midbass is phenomenal on this speaker but as soon as you hit 40hz. The roll off is like -20db. Then again most people don't know the difference between midbass and subbass so I guess can't fault you.
@@Insanity_Wolf yup i used to own one. really good speaker with very little compression at max volume but it just doesn't have deep bass. always a trade off
Sorry I didn't have the dB meter placed for the hyperboom... all these speakers were at max volume so you can hear that max output by ear during the cuts.

I got myself the Soundcore Motion+ last week after what felt like a million hours of research. I was quite confident that it would deliver a good sound with great bass. Enough for my needs, which is to listen to music in my kitchen while cooking or cleaning really. I have a better Denon system elsewhere. So yeah, I'm very very happy with it, especially that I added an external EQ on my tablet and phone which makes this thing much better. I have saved EQ presets for daytime and some more quiet for night time with less bass. I love music, I used to DJ a lot so I know about sound. I would buy again. But there are so many great looking little speakers the choice was real hard. I felt like buying them all. The Emberton, the small Edifier retro, the Bose Flex, the Denon 250bt which I can't find anywhere...
The only speakers around the same price ($200 or less) that can hang with the Boom Plus is the Tribit Stormbox Blast and maybe the WKing T11 (after you update it).
Soundcore makes great products. I bought a pair of the Liberty Air 2 Pro earbuds over a year ago, and I am still impressed with them, they sound great!
I ended up with the Sony XG500 Amazon renewed for 190$. I like both the Hyperboom and Marshall Tufton-- but at 190$, the SONY xG500 is very close in pricing to the budget Anker option-- but with great build quality/brand. Buying two Sony XG500s will still cost less than either Marshall or Hyperboom-- and will provide much more sound for the money.
Again the Hyperboom beats everything! It’s an amazing deal for how versatile it is. I would love to see you get your hands on a JBL Boombox 3 and a Tribit stormbox blast if you can find them. I want to see those speakers give the Hyperboom a run for it’s money.
The Beolit holds its one for the size. Sound quality can be adjusted for both. Price and size would be your deciding factors. It's the end of year, so sales might help you decide. Neither will disappoint you. The other thing is the style if your more modern vs classic

Would like to know how well they pair in stereo.. Mono speakers just kinda hurt my brain. To me, the Anker sounds thin and tinny. But hey if the price is right..
I usually go to outdoors event to help a DJ out and having electricity in some of these enviorments is not too convenient. I could only imagine having two of these paired next to each other, for what an event usually last which is 4 to 6 hours these give out plenty of juice to get the job done. Plust look wise they look professional to the ocation.

Well if you are hoping around, the tufton has a good handle to carry it by. The hyperboom is heavy AF and is more big party and less low volume listening. Stay strong 💪 bro!
@@DannyPops thanks Legend 👍. I don’t mind the weight , just want the best sound…. In one video it sounds like the hyperboom is beer all round but on another the tufton does haha 🤷♂️😂
As a musician who has searched for the perfect sound of his instrument, I can tell you that you need to have an assortment of different sizes to have a balanced tones, you must have tweeters, or horns, and mid range 3-8 then large magnet woofers and the box needs to be ported or open otherwise the air compression will effect the wafers and blow them. I'm not even speaking about low end droning bass either, but actually full range of music sounds better, so if you can incorporate those things into a Bluetooth then it will be the best one ever
Went to best buy last weekend needing a speaker ASAP for a hockey tournament since no one brought one for the locker room to play pump up music. I went in looking for a Marshall tufton but they didn't have one in stock at the store, but they did have the Hyperboom(which was my second choice per your videos). So i ended up pulled the trigger on the Hyperboom, and it has blown me away! I was impressed with how loud it was in the store, but its hard to judge in store when your standing 10 inches away from any given speaker. I got it back to the hotel and charged it up, brought it down to the pool room which was huge at this resort, and it filled the entire room with rich bass and great sound. Even on max volume there was no distortion that i could tell. There was some background noise of kids and splashing so i took the sound with a grain of salt. Put it in the locker room and the kids blasted their pre-game playlist. Every parent asked if the bass was coming from my speaker in the locker room! To say that I'm impressed is an understatement, and I'm someone who has a ear for music and sound quality. This is the FIRST portable speaker that i can say that i like and am impressed by. So thank you for the videos regarding a bunch of speakers that i was interested in and narrowing them down to two. Now to find a tufton to compare the two....
The Hyperboom is 240W. Even unplugged. It doesn't cap like the H/K or anything else that when you plug it in it gets louder... no, it's that loud and powerful whenever you need it.
Does your Soundcore Motion Boom Plus have the latest firmware update? That's supposed to deal with some response issues around the 6kHz area. To me, the Hyperboom blew all the others away. It's also the largest speaker there, so that's not too surprising. I wonder how it would do against something like the JBL Boombox 3 or the Tribit Stormbox Blast, which are more in its league. The JBL Extreme 3 was outclassed, but it's also the smallest speaker in the lineup (to make bass, ya gotta have space :-)) . More comparable speakers to it would have been the Mifa Wildbox and the Soundcore Motion Boom.
This particular time I can't remember if I had it updated...i know alan ross has been ALL over it with that. I was extremely impressed by it's price/performance/weight though. Yeah the hyperboom is a beast. Thanks for the comment :)
Marshall sounds the best here but I don't agree with you about soundcore, it sucks. Sounds can depend a lot on your equalizer settings and the song you play
If you watch Oluv’s Gadgets video on the updated Anker you’ll see it got slightly better. Still no where near as good as the others, and for the price you should be buying a Tribit Stormbox Blast anyway.
