Hey bro, I received your comment the other day. It's just that we're competing with each other, haha. Potentially, we can do a video in the future if we happen to be in the same location. Unlike most guys floating around our industry, you're genuine, so I'm open to it. Cheers!
Bro - can I WhatsApp you? Do you already have my number? Telegram would be better, mine is public @nearshoreliving Let's chat at least, don't be shy 😤😏 I do occasionally provide some services here but I also rarely reply to incoming emails 😅 so not doing a very good job. I have a main business like fully independent from RUclips (I am trying to merge them but they're not very compatible) which is why I don't take RUclips very seriously.
@NomadElite - Been a regular on both the channels and would love to see you join nearshoreliving's stream on the weekend. Both you guys don't shrill bs and are some of the genuine ones in the rcbi space which is rare these days. We need guys like you both collaborating more often
This is the best and most informative video on Argentinian immigration I have seen to date. But it really gives me pause about moving there since my goal is citizenship, I don't speak Spanish well, and the determination might be left up to a difficult judge.
What this RUclipsr says is not true, thousands of Russians, Ukrainians, Slovenians, etc. enter daily... And they do not speak a word of Spanish and they settle here without any problem. It is NOT true what the RUclipsr says regarding some judge who examines you if you speak Spanish. Is not true. You can come safely without knowing Spanish and then learn it even for free here in a school.
Could you do a detailed video on Chile immigration, especially in light of the new changes to their immigration rules that came into effect sometime in 2022 or so, if I remember it right?
Yeah - I am thinking of doing more videos like this. Just a bit busy overall - my business has been taking up a lot of my time recently. Once things die down a bit, I'd like to release more videos like this specially for other regions of the world.
There are also other legal ways for fast track naturalization (being a professor, settling in Tierra del Fuego, establishing a new business, etc) in addition to these two. Can you comment on them?
Thanks a lot for the video man, really appreciate it! I've seen a few websites and agencies claiming the minimum requirement is about $2000+ for the rentista visa which is a bit higher than my income, do you have any idea of the authenticity of that info? I work remotely as independent contractor for a US company, does this quality for the rentista visa? And finally, can I enter Argentina with a tourist visa, and then start the temporary residence from there?
For the rentista visa, the $2,000/month requirement is pretty standard. Working remotely for a U.S. company should qualify you for the visa if you meet the income requirements. And yes, you can enter Argentina on a tourist visa and start the residency process while you’re there, just make sure to get everything ready before your tourist visa runs out!
I've been watching your videos for quite a while now. Very informative, thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. How long do you recommend to wait after my wife gives birth to apply for citizenship for her and myself, given that we already speak good spanish? As you said, the law allows us to apply immediately, but that doesn't mean that we will get the citizenship. What's the timeframe that you recommend?
About your question on applying for citizenship after your wife has the baby: it's awesome that you both speak good Spanish-that'll definitely help with the process. While the law says you can apply right away, I’d suggest waiting around 1 month after the birth. This way, you’ll have all your docs, like the baby's birth certificate and national ID, sorted out. Good luck with everything, and congrats on the little one on the way!
I'm confused. What do I have to do in America re: paperwork before I arrive in Argentina. I've heard I have to apply while in Argentina, but do I have to go have paperwork notarized and apostillled in America first?
So essentially, if I don't want to learn and speak Spanish, the judge won't approve my citizenship application, even if my job is to teach English or lecturing other subjects in English?
Me and my wife planning to give birth of new one in Argentina, but we have doubts , what is the approximately time for me and my wife get the passports in our hands after we land? Also during that time until we get passports should we need to stay and report immigration every three months? Also we have two kids ages 3 each, when they will eligible to get the citizenship? Sorry for a long and lengthy question 😊
@@jordilovesadventure6170hey it’s been 5 months if u did it congrats if not yet i am planning on doing the same thing if u have any info please let me know and will do too! 😁
Any issues with getting cash at various western unions there? Also, so on a digital nomad visa can you stay for 1 year leave for 30 days rinse and repeat and if so does that still leads to citizenship..thx
I may take a look into your services, in your opinion, as someone at 45 that has sold their business and is looking to come into the country with a decent amount of liquid USD in the 7 figures, what would the best visa option be?
@@NearShoreLiving Thanks for the reply, I don't know how I haven't run across your channel before, currently checking out your website and look forward to booking a call with you here in the future shortly. I am interested in going to live in Argentina and was wondering if an income of €1200 per month is enough of a passive income to live and rent a small apartment in San luis, Mendoza or Mar Del Plata ? I know a neighbour who visits Argentina every 2-3 years and said that Buenos Aries is where she and her Husband will retire to . Thanks for sharing ……..Abe ( uk )
Getting a residence in Argentina with Rentista is really much easier than you think. But on social media, especially lawyers and consultants exaggerate this business. What is described in practice and on paper is very different and misleading information. Now I will give everyone free information based on experience. Here's what you need to do: 1- Your criminal record 2- Rental contract in your name for the house you rented in Argentina 3- 3 withdrawal receipts from Western Union for at least 2000 dollars. Apply and see the result. You don't need dozens of confusing documents. The immigration office is not in a position to verify any financial documents from your country. They don't even understand foreign bank statements. Don't worry about those consultants and lawyers. They are all bullshitting.
you do not need a citizenship to live, or generate a business in Argentina. Our grandparents, who came from Europe, have lived, formed families, developed businesses, without ever having had an Argentine citizenship. It is not necessary, not even to study in Argentina or use public hospitals.
I still can't believe that so many people want to move to my country 🥹
I'm moving to BA later this year! Can't wait to have dulce de leche, choripan, and milanese again.
I am from across the planet and i I LOVE arginine people and culture even those i have never been there. I hope one day I will move to Argentina!

Im from Slovenia and i want to become Argentinian. Thats my goal.
Nice summary of ARG immigration process. Though i've heard some folks overstay for years & bypass immigration & go straight to the judge aswell.
Yep. Also a real thing.
I'm in the process of getting my Argentinian passport thanks to my mom who was born in Buenos Aires

All the visas more or less let you bring kids and dependants.

Are there any agencies that assist with the process?

Yeah ofc.
Would living there 6 months per year be enough to get granted citizenship? I guess it's up to the judge?
So what you gonna do when the school is over after one or two years? Continue studying? how can u get the perma residency after that
