I’ve heard of people using a iron on medium heat. Just use the point of the iron and move it back and forth. I have not tried this myself, but if you do try it be careful not to burn the boot.
Nice video for suede Ugg boots. I have the kit, but my only regular sued Ugg are so old, I am not sure they deserve much attention especially as I have an old cut (with my son's a figure skates) on one of the tan boots. Originally I've just washed them with soap and water and the result was quite good. They were a bit stiff right away after washing but that stiffness went away soon after wearing them. There were no Ugg cleaning kits at that time. I have many other Uggs but they are all different and easier to clean than the all suede regular Uggs.
Tysm this is awesome I have the same uggs but in brown the colour didn’t even change that much :) Edit: maybe it’s the protector that makes them dark since I just put it on I will probably tell u soon
I know this been 3yrs now but what was the outcome of your boots. I have the same color you have, I only have a small scuff on mines but I still would like to know was your satisfied after
Really depends on how bad of weather you wear them in. If they get wet a lot, then you reapply more often. If they don’t get wet at all then once a season will work
I by accidentally sprayed the stuff to renew the inside of the shoe on my UGGs thinking it was the spray that makes it waterproof is that going to ruin my uggs???
Great question, I’ve found some info for you. I must clarify that I’ve not tried this, but this is what I’ve found online. It says to spray the inside with hair detangler then brush it with a a pet brush. Finally use a hair dryer on low setting to dry the inside of the boot. Again I can’t verify if this truly works, but it’s what I’ve found for you. If you do try this, I would love to hear what results it provides for you.
For the sole, I've just bough some real sheep skin and fur insoles ( similar to the Uggs original) (Amazon). It really works for any boot that isn't too tight. It works great for older Uggs, again if they are not too tight.
@@gianniconforti5137 just be careful when you use the conditioner. Depends how much snow your going thru, I’d give it a good coating to begin with. Let them dry then try them out, if your feet get wet then reapply. Get the heal and tie area good, that’s where I noticed my feet would get wet.
Siah The Great I ruined my first pair, I got a grey pair to replace them, shortly after destroying them. I ordered pink again two weeks ago, they were on sale for $89 I honestly suck at cleaning them so I just don’t wear them much lol
It should last a few months, but a easy way to check is put a few drops of water on your boots. The water should easily bead off the boot if it is protected still. If the water doesn’t bead off then it’s time to reapply.
I applied the Ugg protectant spray on a new pair of Ugg boots about 5 hours ago and I'm noticing little dark spots on them. Should I expect them to fade as the boots continue to dry? What can be done if the spots don't fade?
I bought the light pink neumel boot a few weeks ago. I didn’t put the protector spray on and I am kind of regretting it now but i did buy the care kit so my question is...I have a little dirt spot on the boot near the toes area that won’t come out and I tried brushing it but it’s being difficult. Do I just let it go and put on the protectant spray or do I use the conditioner first? And if I use the conditioner do I just apply it to that area or the whole boot? Or is that not worth risking the color of the boot? I’m just afraid of ruining the expensive boot...
If the rest of the boot looks good I would try just using the conditioner on that spot, if that doesn’t work you can try googling a solution. I know people have used vinager and other things to clean spots. I haven’t personally so I can verify they work.

Hello, I just bought my daughter a new pair of suede ugg boots & when I followed the directions for the protector, the liquid beaded up & didn’t just seep thru the material like shown in the video. Does that mean that they already had protector on them? Do they come already protected? Because the sales rep told me to spray them down with protector b4 the 1st wear. And what will happen if u wear them b4 the 24hrs is up?
It shouldn’t of beaded up, so yeah it may already be on there. Just try and pour alittle water on the boot and see if it beads up again. If so the boots should be good to go. The reason for the 24 hours is to let the protector have time to dry before you possibly get them wet outside.
When you watch the UGG care channel, they spray the protector first. Kinda doesn't make sense why spray the protector first. The bottles also have numbers on them and protector is the first step. 🤷🏻♀️
Really, try brushing them some more to see if it helps. The conditioner can fad the color some if too much is used. If brushing doesnt help you may want to try to wipe them down again with just a wet cloth with no conditioner. Hopefully it will help the color.
