    Nice video for suede Ugg boots. I have the kit, but my only regular sued Ugg are so old, I am not sure they deserve much attention especially as I have an old cut (with my son's a figure skates) on one of the tan boots. Originally I've just washed them with soap and water and the result was quite good. They were a bit stiff right away after washing but that stiffness went away soon after wearing them. There were no Ugg cleaning kits at that time. I have many other Uggs but they are all different and easier to clean than the all suede regular Uggs.

      Great question, I’ve found some info for you. I must clarify that I’ve not tried this, but this is what I’ve found online. It says to spray the inside with hair detangler then brush it with a a pet brush. Finally use a hair dryer on low setting to dry the inside of the boot. Again I can’t verify if this truly works, but it’s what I’ve found for you. If you do try this, I would love to hear what results it provides for you.

I didn’t put the protector spray on and I am kind of regretting it now but i did buy the care kit so my question is...I have a little dirt spot on the boot near the toes area that won’t come out and I tried brushing it but it’s being difficult. Do I just let it go and put on the protectant spray or do I use the conditioner first? And if I use the conditioner do I just apply it to that area or the whole boot? Or is that not worth risking the color of the boot? I’m just afraid of ruining the expensive boot...

      If the rest of the boot looks good I would try just using the conditioner on that spot, if that doesn’t work you can try googling a solution. I know people have used vinager and other things to clean spots. I haven’t personally so I can verify they work.

This Very Seriously for me, as a collector, I collect very rare specials edition and limited edition items. I have an Uggs grooming kit and I don't know which protector to use for my Moncler/Fragment suede boots. The ugg protector is good quality or better if I buy the Turms brand because it is an old professional brand and more expensive. I don't use these boots like other items in my collection, but I think the suede needs to be impregnated with some quality shoe cosmetics.What you think ugg is natural with out silicone and is formulated using non-abrasive ingredients or no?

    I just received my UGG kit today. I am going to be cleaning my slippers this weekend.
    Can you confirm the tips you shared in regards to the fluffing and refreshing inside with hair detangling spray and pet brush works?
    Also, was it a wire bristle brush, or the firm plastic bristle brush?
    Additionally, do you reccomend, attempting to get as much dirt, and residue off before using the cleaner and conditioner?
    Thank you in advance for any help or tips.

      Yes clean as much dirt off first as possible. The fluffing and detagling the inside was tip shared with me by another viewer. I would assume it would depend on the condition of the inside of your boots on how well it will work.

    Hello, I just bought my daughter a new pair of suede ugg boots & when I followed the directions for the protector, the liquid beaded up & didn’t just seep thru the material like shown in the video. Does that mean that they already had protector on them? Do they come already protected? Because the sales rep told me to spray them down with protector b4 the 1st wear. And what will happen if u wear them b4 the 24hrs is up?

    • @JasonMazurek
      @JasonMazurek  4 года назад +1

      It shouldn’t of beaded up, so yeah it may already be on there. Just try and pour alittle water on the boot and see if it beads up again. If so the boots should be good to go. The reason for the 24 hours is to let the protector have time to dry before you possibly get them wet outside.

    When you watch the UGG care channel, they spray the protector first. Kinda doesn't make sense why spray the protector first. The bottles also have numbers on them and protector is the first step. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      Really, try brushing them some more to see if it helps. The conditioner can fad the color some if too much is used. If brushing doesnt help you may want to try to wipe them down again with just a wet cloth with no conditioner. Hopefully it will help the color.

    Too bad you put your microphone (?) on the table, perhaps out of the shot, and it makes that loud "TOONG" type sound, kind of echoing through the table. Seriously...I can't stand it. I'm trying to watch it and that sound REALLY gets in the way of my watching this! I'm sorry. I don't mean to seem negative, but I wish there was some way to remove that sound.

    UGG. The name was stolen by the Americans.
    Real UGG boots are only made in Australia 🇦🇺

    • @JasonMazurek
      @JasonMazurek  5 лет назад +5

      UGG was founded in California in 1978 by a Australian surfer. The “Americans” didn’t steal this, it’s been here for decades all because a Australian entrepreneur had a vision and a idea.

    • @rosssmith4638
      @rosssmith4638 5 лет назад

      Jason Mazurek I’m sorry princess, but UGG boots started in Australia in the 1960’s.
      And the word UGG is a generic term in Australia for footwear made with sheep skin in the 1960’s.
      The boots were then taken to the US and the word UGG was officially stolen by the Americans.

    • @JasonMazurek
      @JasonMazurek  5 лет назад

      Ross Smith were not talking about some silly generic boots that maybe you saw in Australia in the 60’s were taking about UGG Australia, it’s an American company founded in 1978.

    • @rosssmith4638
      @rosssmith4638 5 лет назад

      I’m sorry princess, but for an UGG Boot to be called an UGG Boot, it must be made in Australia, not made in a sweatshop in Asia.
      If you have a look at the tag in your American UGG Boots, there’s a 95% chance it was made in China.
      All UGG Boots sold in Australia, are made in Australia.
