    Best bike in class. 👇
    1. 300 cc , 4 valve , 6 speed , oil cooled (maintenance free cooling system ).
    2. Peak torque available at just 5500 rpm and that results in u nudge the throttle and she throws u back. 😍😘
    3. Golden usd forks.
    4. Premium components like nissin braking system and showa suspension.
    5. Dual abs.
    6. Slipper clutch.
    7. Bluetooth connectivity.
    8. 110 and 150 mm wide RADIAL tyres.
    9. Twin down tube super stiff chassis.
    10. Hazard lights.
    11. All led lights around.
    12. 1390 mm massive wheelbase which makes the bike look massive and also makes it super stable on tripple digit speeds.
    13. Super light weight at just 153 kg. ( 30 kg lighter then bajaj dominar).
    14. Seat height is just 789 mm which helps small riders.
    15. 177 mm high ground clearance.
    16. Best in class mileage of 28 to 45 kmpl.❤
    17. Best in class initial acceleration.
    18. Durable and long lasting.
    19. Low and cheap maintenance.
    20. Usb charging point.
    .....
    The bike does need some better more premium looking rear view mirrors like dominar !! My only complain. 😥😥

    Hi Sammy,
    I have a CB350RS which I don't find fun anymore!
    I like the Vstrom SX 250 better which I bought for highways but the Vstrom is an excellent bike for commuting in crawling NCR traffic as well.
    But I'm 5'6" hence I want to buy a street naked which is light, nimble and fun like Vstrom's engine!
    What should I consider ?
    CB300F, CB300R, Duke 250 (new gen), or what?
    I would be using it for commutes in Delhi NCR however I want it to be fun, flickable, and sporty!

    • @SammyOnWheels
      @SammyOnWheels  6 месяцев назад

      got it! Since you are using a bike which is a bit powerful than cb300f, I wouldn’t recommend it and the exhaust sound of suzuki’s 250cc engine is quite good too. 300f exhaust is too basic.
      Duke 250, is a good bike and consider only if you are okay with the niggles or refinement issues that it might bring in the long run.
      I also had rtr310 in my mind which is almost in the similar price bracket and also it offers a lot of electronics.
      Out of all this, since you are going to use it just for daily commutes, My best suggestion is CB300R.
      Very easy, fun, flickable, most fuel efficient in the segment I believe. But it is only a raw bike with raw power and you will not have any connectivity features. Headlight throw is bad too.
      If you are switching just bcuz of seat height of vstrom, I would suggest purchasing shoes which can add a bit of height.
      When I bought dominar I was using redchief shoes which made me go from 5.6 to almost 5.8. Just a tip on a side note. But they can be a bit heavy tho.

    • @SammyOnWheels

      Till 115-120kmph it is fine but once you cross that and if you try to even slowly manoeuvre, it loses that stability ajd starts to wobble slightly.

    Hey bro, does the limitation of having only single stand become a major issue in the long run.
    I am planning to buy this bike for long term, but I am worried about the single stand reliability and makes me think I'll need to may be have it welded or something in future.

    • @SammyOnWheels
      @SammyOnWheels  7 месяцев назад

      Most of this segment bikes come with just single side-stand. I don’t feel like it is a big prob to me as I got used to it very easily.
      Usually, from what I know, these single stands last quite long enough unless they get hit by something. In the long run experience with my dad’s previous bikes, first the springs went off. Never had any issue with the whole stand.
      Depends on usage again but they are good enough!

    • @damnbiryani69
      @damnbiryani69 7 месяцев назад +2

      as most pf the bikes nowadays come without the main stand, which I also feel like is just the company cutting the cost, it won't cause any major issue as you can get a paddle stand, though it ain't as practical as a real mainstand.

    How about suspension in bad roads compared to your classic 350??

    • @SammyOnWheels
      @SammyOnWheels  6 месяцев назад +1

      Classic has a much softer suspension setup and very cushy seats so 300f would feel like it’s hitting back on the bad roads whereas classic feels gentle.
      It’s a stiff suspension set up bro. Naked bikes are pretty much like this.

  • @lvvenky9973
    @lvvenky9973 8 месяцев назад +3

    Thank you. How would you rate the 300f as compared to the Gixxer 250 (naked version) ? You can use the same criteria used in the video and add the aspect of vibrations.

    • @SammyOnWheels
      @SammyOnWheels  8 месяцев назад +4

      I rode gixxer 250 as well. To be honest, that bike is very underrated. Both sf250 and naked one. When riding it, engine felt like it was engineered carefully well. Felt quite smooth and throaty when revving. Vibrations are quite less too at high revs. Very minimal and bearable.
      That extra 2bhp power compared to cb300f shows its charm at higher rev band and in higher gears. Cb300f shines in the initial acceleration and low end performance.
      It would’ve been better with USD forks but functionally telescopic ones are doing good on that bike.
      Little softer than cb300f so ride quality is a bit better when going in small bumps. But seating position is different. A little sporty, feels like you are leaning a tiny bit forward.
      Regarding the warranty policy, dealership told me that it is 5 years which includes optional extended warranty. And it applies to only engine. This one might differ at different times.
      Overall it’s a good bike too but a bit pricey than mine. Mileage figures and service costs are very close on both. Mileage depends on riding behavior.
      Do take a test ride for both to see how they suit you and overall aspects of it.
      Gixxer 250 needs a whole review video. Hoping to do that someday soon.

    • @SammyOnWheels
      @SammyOnWheels  7 месяцев назад

      Sf250 is a great bike for what it is bro. Although I didn’t ride it but I did take a test ride of gixxer 250. Engine is same as G250 and I loved it, quite refined. A bit powerful than 300f in the Top end. Exhaust is lovely too. Looks good as it is faired bike. Road presence is a bit better.
      But I went for cb300f for service experience, better mileage and seating comfort. Atleast in Hyd, I liked Honda’s service. Suzuki, I’ve joined a couple of groups and did find some users unhappy with it. But it may depend on dealers.
      Check your nearest dealer’s user reviews if possible. Try to check for service experiences.
      If you feel good about that dealer, then you can go for sf250. But do take good test rides of both the bikes and no bike is perfect. Even 300f needs a bit of improvements in some aspects like headlight throw, looks, exhaust sound etc

      Single cylinders come with some vibrations mostly. And on this bike it is very bearable at that speeds. Just that you have to have all the riding gears on you. They will absorb most of them.
      So far I didn’t had any spare parts requirement but i did hear the availability is poor.

      I have the 2022 variant of the CB300F bought in March 2023. Just completed 18000 km today. Vibrations in my opinion are completely bearable. Last month, I did a 1685 km ride from Chennai to Hyderabad and back where I was cruising at 120-130 kmph for extended periods of time. I personally didn't have any issues with vibrations. Also the vibrations have been reducing after every service. I have completed 4 services so far and after my recent 4th service it has become quite smooth. But spares parts are definitely an issue. In August i damaged both my front and rear rims due to a pothole in the highway. I got the front replaced in 15 days but the rear rim was not in stock all over the country. I had to send so many mails, escalations and follow ups to finally receive the replacement in mid October after almost 2 months. My service center in Chennai has all the wear and tear spares like sprockets, brake pads, oil filter, etc readily available. So that hasn't been an issue for me
