Terry is slowly but surely turning into her mother. I bet this is how Gayle started too, she was almost normal but slowly morphed into who she is today. It's the curse of the Waters women.

The joke about Sketchers is so funny to me because I work in a shoe store and it's literally so popular among middle-aged and elderly ladies.
Guys, it's okay. Bonnie tried to pull a fast one and take Gayle's couscous chest, and Gayle has been chasing Bonnie across the world ever since. Last I heard, she was seen on the coast of Singapore screaming something about her tandem sea kayak. That's why she's been gone for so long, but I'm sure she'll get her chest back and return soon to tell about it.

oh my gosh. All that came to mind went Jessie and Jessi were explaining Gayle's play was "every english teacher trying to explain a book and its symbolism more than necessary."
I love how Terry's become Gayle-like and Gayle has become more loving. They're meeting in the middle.
I knew I'd eventually reach a low point in the writing of my dissertation and would turn to rewatching the Gayle series for a second time to cheer myself up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this masterpiece, Chris and Melissa. I know I speak for everyone when I say I would give anything for a new season.

Real talk though, I binged watched Gayle and another RUclips series called The Gay And Wonderous life of Caleb Gallo and both these series, especially Gayle, are cinematic masterpieces. Much better than a lot of the shows I see on Netflix or Hulu.
Yeah, Caleb Gallo is basically my methadone for Gayle withdrawal.

I feel like now more than ever we need new Gayle episodes. I know that the world is on lock-down right now, but honestly all Chris needs to do is put on his sports bra, grab his dumbbells, and walk down the street complaining about how awful it is to be stuck in quarantine with Terry or DAVE. Or trying to figure out how to Skype/Zoom with Bonnie so they can still fight against roadhead, but they keep having technical difficulties because neither of them know how to operate an iPad and they can't get help from tech support.

I love that this started as a parody of suburban New England moms but slowly Chris found the humanity in Gayle and she became more and more sympathetic and lovable.

Gayle is in interesting character in that she actually went through a reverse flanderization. She started insane and slowly became more rational as time went on. Not very, but more than she started as.
Either that or the world steadily became less sane until she looked relatively sane.
I also feel Gayles anxiety when the act starts to crumble lol. That might be a personal problem.

You know you're a theater kid when you get irrationally excited about the 'Seasons of Love' parody
Even if there are never going to be anymore episodes I'm eternally grateful for the hours of fun this series has provided me.
I would rob a chobani truck, fluff all the pillows to popcorn bags 3 minutes deep size, live stream a skunk spraying me at a town meeting, give all my couscous, forfeit all my cul-de-sac cred and fight to the death atop a mountain of coleslaw at the local college just to have ONE MORE EPISODE OF THIS SERIES. JUST ONE.
Gayle is genuinely one of only comedy series that still cracks me tf up it’s up there with its always sunny in Philadelphia
