The older I get the more I respect her!! I have always listened to her music and I was in my college years when her music first became popular. I don't think I really appreciated how fierce she is back then. Life has a way of running over you, and as you age you become weather worn and wiser. She just embodies that inner strength and fierceness that we all have to take on as life goes on.
I'm just so appreciative that she owned up to the reality that she had to lower the tone rather then use auto tune or lip synch. Thank you for staying a true artist for 20 plus years.
This gave me chills!!!! 😍😍😍remember my days in the 90’s hearing her music 🎶 as getting out from high school her music help me to go in life she rocks !!!!🫶🏼
When she came out I have to admit I was in my late twenty's and not into the 90s music. It took me until about the age of 50 to absolutely fall in love with this woman. First of all she is gorgeous, but on top of that she is wicked smart and has a voice that is like no other. Her music really helped me through my divorce. Finally saw her a couple years ago and was just smitten and in tears.
i can't believe, I saw a couple comments, that said the "bass was too loud"?!?! That's not even possible. And Alanis, does no wrong in her music. Everyone can have an opinion. No matter how wrong it is, or whether or not, they know amazing music, from crappy sounds, not even worthy of the definition, of the word music. Alanis, you're absolutely amazing! Truly, gifted, and talented. ❤
Alanis has such a powerful voice and is an extraordinary song writer! You can feel her raw energy in this song, one of if not my favorite song by her!!!
Every solitary single live performance is absolutely pitch perfect each and every time, all of this done live and not a flaw amongst them! She is incredible!❤
Haha, the sound guy must like bass! It's interesting listening to all the live versions of this song over the years, so many very cool interpretations and arrangements. Her voice always shines through though :)
I 1st realized she had An Overwhelmingly Breath Taking singing Voice and Amazing Fan Connection During the "Jagged" Tour in Summer of 95/96 and it happened during Her Jaw Dropping performance of "Mary Jane" that I became Completely Dumbfounded because at the time All anyone ever knew of Alanis Morissette was she had made A record that Women took to heart instantly labeling her A "Man Hater" but After hearing and seeing her Quiet Down An Audience of 10,000 whom were all Just simultaneously staring and listening to An amazing Singing Voice for the very first time and again all simultaneously Realizing Alanis Morissette was much much more than Some "Man Hater" "One Hit Wonder"......I'm happy I Was fortunate enough to have been A part of that Experience it's almost been 25yrs since then and I still remember it like I just returned from the show
Awesome you got to see that tour! I just saw her first a second time on 9/25. Both of those concerts are so memorable and she is just amazing!! What a feeling to see her live. I will never forget it.
In lieu of recent events in the world today and I don't need to elaborate. I have decided for the next 30 days I'm going to listen to Atlantis Morissette everyday. I need to get that c h i l l e d relax vibe if you know what I'm talkin about. I was born in February of 1959 and it is presently April the 10th 2022. Hello is there anybody out there
like any heart bloodied women i simply wanted an object to crave, but u a r not allowed u r uninvtied an unfortunate journey ....wow!!! strong lyrics there
With no disrespect to your earlier music before Jagged Little Pill I'm so glad that you changed.... Your talent for writing and a absolutely amazing voice, you back it up with your beauty!! And damn it girl you are Canadian 🇨🇦😊💞
Alanis can really sing with emotion. You can feel her pain in the words and the way she sings those words. The intricate voice inflections and little pauses in breath. I feel like a jilted lover every time I listen to her.
She is a great artist and has lots of great songs, but I feel this is the best one and by far my favorite! You can tell the passion in her words and the music!!!
Alanis I will always love you and your music. Please don't give up. I think you still have a lot to sing. You took your deepest emotions the good and the bad and put them out in your music. Don't stop.
Literally one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard or seen in my 48 years on this Earth♉💜
50* ;-)

Well said ❤
This rendition could have been 15 minutes long and still wouldn’t be enough. Thank you Alanís
This song never gets old still gives me chills.
she's got loads of great material but this song gives me the chills... so powerful!!!!
Perhaps this my favorite Alanis song --- so powerful, so dramatic (though I truly love many of her songs).
This is a great version of this song. Its done in a lower key & has a more rock sound to it. The bass player is insane. Best bass work ever
bass player is great....sound man putting the bass player louder than the vocals...FIRED
@@billyeggleston4413
Thank you! I was hoping someone was going to notice.
She's actually done this so much better. Vocals sounded tired on this
proper slapping that bass
This woman is the "Heavy Metal"of the divas! She is even more attractive as she age - like a good red wine, you can't get enough.
💯💯💯👏👏👏
In a world of fake her natural body is beautiful. It's so refreshing to see.
i am continually awestruck by the incredible focus she has, and the amazingly exquisite and subtle control she has over her voice.
, Mustapha je t'ai appelé cette nuit 2 fois
The ending hits you HARD!
What a beautiful woman.......
2022 and I’m not even a fan but this song has to be a ritual cause it takes me to another dimension when I listen to it. She is a goddess.
I'm just so appreciative that she owned up to the reality that she had to lower the tone rather then use auto tune or lip synch. Thank you for staying a true artist for 20 plus years.
Classysaia The key is lower because this video was uploaded at a very slow rate (tempo) to avoid copyright bots. That results in a lower key overall.
Honestly it sounds better in this key. Darker.
RUclipsName I thought her voice sounded too deep
I was too young when Jagged Little Pill came out to appreciate the depth of this women. She is a beautiful artist.
what a woman...! What a human beeing....I love her.
Her voice is kinda haunting on this song I love it
The pinnacle of song writing and performance. Music on a different level.
This gave me chills!!!! 😍😍😍remember my days in the 90’s hearing her music 🎶 as getting out from high school her music help me to go in life she rocks !!!!🫶🏼
one of the best songs i have ever heard. she rocks.
I was there. Amazing night.
The drum sound is incredible. Big respect for the sound engineers.
One of my favorite songs... That bass absolutely slaps
Awesome... I even like alanis's hair color in this video
Dude on the bass was going hard as fuck. Love this song.
I remember buying the City of Angels soundtrack CD back in the day just for this song.
Love the different base lines in this version
That voice, chilling to the bone, still gets me after all those years!
this woman is a Legend.
True
By far my favorite Morissette song to date, along with her song Everything.....
Man she's gorgeous, she looks so different here, and still has that magnificent voice...
This version of this song is insane - this band and the way they delivered is the best .
This might be the best live version I’ve heard
That's gotta be so dope to hear the audience sing your song with you

This is one of those tunes where it seems everyone is playing in a different key, but it still works.
Yeah, this one pretty much covers all the keys...and all the modes to boot, it seems.
I just realized how beautiful this woman is... wow now that she is a little older she is just drop dead stunning!

I really like the percussion in this version of "Uninvited". Just something different about it.
When she looks into the camera she makes that connection and it feels like she is singing to u in the moment. True Artis can do that.
She's.....beautiful!
No hay cover para este temazo, ella nomas lo puede cantar xq es asombrosa...
What a great song from an amazing awesome Canadian girl 💞

She stays to be one of the gratest gifted artists of our generation. Lyrically and musically delicate. I love it.
My favorite artist of all time hands down
Best selling female artist of all time.
Best voice the woman pours her heart and soul into words . Every time she sings .
Это будет жить вечно. Как жаль что так мало людей это слышали

I was so in love with her and Natalie Merchant back in the day.
Every time I hear this song and other songs from the 90's I get so teary eyed. Bone chilling music that we will never ever hear again.
Frank Burns eats worms.
You know your good when none of the instruments are even in the same ball park with your voice.
just watched this and she blew my mind!!!! greatest ever
Saw her in 1996 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Great show!
I was at the concert😍😍😍
That bass guitar is so awesome! I’m glad Alanis was INVITED to this bass guitar solo show.
Her voice is enchanting. Gotta love her!
Whatever happened to quality music and artist like this?
May Depaz
Good music died after the 90s and early 2000s.
