@@Gazing-09 his early version is basically a giant mettaur as long as you are careful of several things.....
1. dont stand too close for him to trigger guts punch, hiding behind a rock cube is a bad idea since it's implausible for you to get above 200 HP
2. Make sure you don't stand in center row often to keep him from breaking center panel, its difficult to dodge his shockwave otherwise
Later version has super armor and zeta guts straight its get pretty painful that way

Honestly, Megaman Battle Network was probably the single greatest change to a long running videogame series in history. I mean it's completely different from the older games, but man was it good!

I never got to play the Battle Network games (watched the anime though), so now that the legacy Collection is on the horizon, I'll have the chance to play them, and seeing this types of videos just put a dumb smile in my face; like "Imma get all these jokes in the future, and it'll be extra funny!".

@@chrismason1530 I had a GBA emulator on my PSP, but I focused on other games as I didn't really cared about the Battle Network games at the time. I currently don't have a PC, and even if I did, I must rather play it on Switch, that can take wherever I go.

Not even that, he got hit in a random encounter against a Boomer (enters at 100 HP, leaves at 85 HP) right before ShadeMan steals Roll away. It’s just that RollDS was the only other instance of him taking damage in the LP.

I really hope theres online multiplayer. This game has so much potential for the competitive scene, its absurd capcom hasnt done something like a mobile version for a game thats LITERALLY about smart phones with vtubers on them lol
@@kitsinthewebs222 the game is only really fun or competitive with Japanese REL rule sets. Otherwise playing online would be a nightmare. 1, 2, 3, and 6, which is the most popular competitively are all unplayable without the Japanese rules. 4 and 5 are boring only because dark chips aren’t banned and they have an auto lose rule with dark chips as well that’s based on RNG.

I know. That was what drew me in to rent my first BN too. Although, I was under the misconception that Lan was the "civilian identity" when I first saw the boxart, which weirdly enough, came to pass in Star Force with Geo.

With technology the way it is today, there is so much potential for this game and what you can do with it. Hands down my favourite megaman series and the best one. This was ahead of its time and with some real thought they could probably make a game that functions like a real pet, I know there is 4.5 and I have the English version but the battling system needed to be refined.
Be cool if you were your own Navi with all the main characters in the game and part of the story. Using the Navi cust to Taylor your own play style and going through the net you can fine cust programs that are official Navi set ups like protoman, megaman, colonel etc. So you play exactly like the character just your own Navi. Also some different costumes you can pick with again some of the official ones that you can find or have to achieve. So instead of Navi chips from them you get their costume data. And switch up the view of battle to something in the middle of the regular series and star force. So not behind but not the side, I'm thinking some like diablo camera angle but a little closer.
The Sensor slide was the most astonishingly accurate part and I love you for it.
Ahhhhhh, I'm glad to see we already have Battle Network delicacies such as this
