@@hangoutwithme346 No therapist but I do ha e PTSD. If I hear about all the risk and symptoms it stirs up my memory and I get an anxiety attack. I wish I could just go back to normal 😕😪. I've been a long hauler so It's taken 2 months of recovery and counting.
I have been craving Chinese food lately. Seeing your PF Chang’s order made my mouth water!! The kids must be so excited for Christmas!! Winnie looks adorable!
I have not denied myself anything this season. I've been eating like a pig since the week before Halloween. I will be back to my normal eating about the first week of February.
I know you are cherishing those cuddles. My daughter that just turned 14 would come to me every morning after waking until she was 7 and I would hold her until I could no longer hold her standing up then I sat and held her. Those cuddles are fewer now but thankfully she still wants to give daily hugs. Have a Merry Christmas!!!

Your vlogs are keeping my spirits up during covid. I've had it for going on a month & it truly weighs on your mental health. What started off as a bad cough quickly turned into high fevers, chills, waking up drenched in the middle of the night, sore throat, diarrhea, shortness of breath (I'm actually considered high risk bc I have asthma). I use a nebulizer every 4-6 hours & have my emergency inhaler. But the worst part is constantly feeling like you need oxygen & having no energy. Just walking from my bedroom to the kitchen drains me & I find myself gasping for air. This is terrifying & I see no end in sight. I've also lost all sense of taste & smell. I'm a big water drinker & it now makes me gag. The only thing I can keep down is ginger ale & hot chocolate. I am terrified of becoming part of the statistics & I have two little ones that will be turning 4 this month & 3 next month. Both had a mild case of it right before I got it. Please, be safe. Wear your mask & don't take any risks. Stay inside. Wash your hands & then wash them again. And disinfect EVERYTHING!!!

Jen I am confused as to why “it is unfortunate” the m&m’s are not plant based? You’ve openly admitted to eating eggs and salmon, and you have dairy in your chocolates, and have insisted you are not vegan/plant based any more, so why does it matter?
I don’t eat dairy and I also find it unfortunate that they aren’t plant based. But considering she used a vegan recipe, maybe she is just warning/sympathizing with some people who are plant based.
I actually asked my doctor about the vitamin C because I always thought it was an old wives tale but I was wrong. It doesn't stop you from getting the cold and only works if you take it right when you start to notice you're feeling just barely sickly. But the super short and simplified answer for anyone who's curious like I was is all that vitamin C forces your body to over produce T-cells and they're the cells that attack the viruses. So it doesn't stop you from getting sick but it does shorten the length that you're sick. Since you already have an overabundance of T-cells to start the massacre when virus is still early in it's multiplication in your body. I was convinced it was all just mumbo jumbo nonsense but I was wrong. Lol
Oh Pear! 🍐 Whole Foods Co. has an amazing and easy receipe for Cinnamon Pear Compote that is perfect for pancakes, waffles, or by itself with whip cream. It is gluten free and vegetarian receipe. My kids loved it with pancakes. 🥞. Sometimes I add cranberry jam in it too. Bon Appetit 😋

Hanna snow jackets from last season still fit by some miracle. I buy the cat & jack snowpants from target since they grow out of them every year.

Ritual is pure chocolate - no sugar added. They’re both delicious but I prefer ritual
