  • I prepared this little ritual with the body to help you have easier digestions.
    As an active woman, I like to self regulate before coming back again into action mode. Meditation, mindfulness and somatics had help me a lot to embrace a more conscious and present lifestyle.
    Is really good for digestive health to practice a few asanas (postures) after eating. Also can help contributing the healing of the relationship with food and body-mind disconnection.
