It’s thick aluminum but you have to do another pan to put in the oven it’s called aluminum tray very big flat tray it’s done by those that do bread pan
How many loaves is that oven? How many minutes you bake for? What is your productivity rate in terms of loaves of bread out relative to your every input quantities? What's the litrage capacity of that mixer? Why don't you whisk the butter and the oil, is there a special reason?
