The first 3 notes of the piece really give a sense of mystery; as if the music could go in three different directions. Very intriguing, that augmented octave! Great piece, and beautifully played!
Beautiful music, video, and the textual narration! I did not know of World Sleep Day, but this sounds very appropriate for the occasion! A great work from a great maestro (Chris). Will certainly be on the lookout for more of Wei Luo's works.
Ever since hearing your orchestral work, I’ve held out hope for a piano solo. And this was just as amazing as I hoped it would be! May I ask when/where it would be possible to purchase the sheet music?
Uh, I'm so sorry but didn't you made this for an indie film titled The Insatiable? I recall hearing it on your website (which took me to a 404 page now). Yes, just type "the insatiable" (I think Mr. Tin does not allow links in the comment section) in youtube search and the video uploaded by user FILMMEDYA will have this tune playing on the background of the video. That video was uploaded in 2016.
Yes! Well spotted, you must be a longtime fan. It was originally written in 2006 for The Insatiable, during a scene where one of the main characters recites Eliza Acton's poem!
@@budakbaongsiah yeah it's never actually been commercially released before, as I never had a way to. But you really must be a longtime fan to have recognized it!
@@budakbaongsiah working on it, but there are rights issues, and we have to find a 'moment' for its release. There are a TON of releases already on the calendar this year.
Amazingly, this was uploaded at 12mn in our country. Such a beautiful song to end the day with.
It's 8AM here...and the piece is beautiful! It feels so peaceful and simple, while still being marvelously complex. More, more, MORE, please!
So dreamy and mysterious...

I fell asleep on this melody of kindness
Yeah, it does have that moonlight feeling. It's soothing, but has a hint of mystery of the darkness that casts down around you.
I'll comeback to this later tonight, because is still mid day here in my country.

Gorgeous! When will the sheet music be released for this? And where can we buy it?
You can find the sheet music in his Facebook page, on a comment made by himself on a post. There, you can buy it.

Oh, okay. I was just a bit surprised as you said that there's a new track coming and then this popped out.

Speaking of your unreleased work, what about Song of the Mountain? Any plans to have that song to be released?
