    My hair is usually dry or slightly damp when I do this. :) No oil or products used.

    Can you get the same end result if you place the loc in your palms and rub the loc back and forth between your palms?

    Wow all this time there’s was a method to the frizz madness 😮
    I would shave 🪒 and lose locs 😢 in the process .
    Now I’m deff using this method
    BUT QUESTION
    Is this a temporary fix or permanent??
    after you do to this method then you wash your hair does the frizz come back or the remains in tack

      I think it depends on your texture! This is how I’ve maintained mine and I am pretty much uniform with no bunching.

    Hi. Mine isn’t staying. Am I supposed to sit under a dryer or something after lock smithing? I only spritz water

    • @theminimalistnatural
      @theminimalistnatural  Год назад +1

      I never sit under the dryer. It usually stays for me. Do you have loose texture hair?

    • @BeautifulLengths32
      @BeautifulLengths32 Год назад +1

      @@theminimalistnatural yes I do

    • @theminimalistnatural
      @theminimalistnatural  Год назад +3

      @@BeautifulLengths32 theres not a lot you will be able to do about it. With looser textures theres more slippage unfortunately!

    Can you do this during the budding phase or should you wait for your hair to be completely locked?

    • @theminimalistnatural
      @theminimalistnatural  11 месяцев назад +4

      I’ve done this since the beginning of my journey and I have some of the most uniform locs I’ve ever seen 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

      @@theminimalistnatural thank you! I’m only one month locked. I will definitely do this as soon as I see budding.
      Have you ever done it with the interlocking tool? (Locksmith)

      I'm having the same problem sis .. ugh it's so nerve-racking. My 1-year loc anniversary is today and I have a love-hate relationship. I just hate the frizz on each loc, it drives me nuts

      Try the method she showed but with locking gel and sit under the dryer or let air dry like a fresh retwist
