You communication skill is excellent: vocabulary is easy, pace allows for picking up infornation, your accent is clear, intelligible and inspires confidence. 🎉
Very nicely explained! Great examples with just the right detail in the pictures. Now I am going to watch the rest of your videos! Thank you very much!!!
Thanks for explaining.... I'm preparing for Actuarial exam in IAI... And its hand written exam.... So computer based Solution is not that helpful, but the initial 7 min was helpful....
Fantastic as always. But i spotted a little mistake at 7:25. Even though the result of 121.3 is correct, you forgot to multiply the remaining 2 terms with 8 :P
There is a mistake in the hand calculation. In the "Square sum between groups", each term has to mutiply n_i, which is the number of group size. In the calculation only the first square sum mutiplied 8.
Thank you! Yes the normal videos are always without music anyway. Just thought maybe it's quite funny with music in the short videos! 3 Short videos come unfortunately still with music, which are already ready.
First, thanks for ur videos. I have 32 patients, each with three changing coordinates over the course of 40 days. I mean, for each patient, I have 40 values on an axe x, 40 values on an axe y, and 40 values on an axe z. I have no idea what kind of test to use.
Why age is DV if it is rather vise versa, software preferences depend on the age of the user, rather than the age is dependant on the software preferences
On my exam there was a question about what will happen to the SS within groups when you combine two groups together. The answer was that the SS within groups will increase. Could you maybe explain to me how this works?
Hi, I don't know exactly if just SS is meant in this group. if this is the case then of, pocause it is the sum of squares, you simply sum up mor values und therefore it is bigger. If the SS of everything is meant: When the two groups are combined there is a new mean, this mean of course does not represent the individual points in the group as well as the previous two means of the two groups. Therefore, the deviation from the mean is then larger. Example: one group has the three values 4, 4, 4 and the other 2, 2, 2. In both groups I actually have no deviation from the respective group mean. If I now combine both groups, the new mean value is 3 and there is a deviation. I hope this was helpful : ) Regards Hannah

isnt it the compressive strength is calculated by the bigger area of the cylinder? the diameter x height?
Great 👍
Nice video but why did you switch the dependant variable from age to salary? This confused me at first.
Thanks for your great videos,If we use ANOVA for Likert data do we lose information in questionairs?
Why age is DV if it is rather vise versa, software preferences depend on the age of the user, rather than the age is dependant on the software preferences

You're most welcome
This video was really helpful! Could you please let me know how you did the graphics?
Many thanks, we did them by ower own : ) Lots of work : )
large variance between groups = good bc every group characterizes a different average
It's funny and rather unfortunate that I find myself among the 'no one category' being asked to calculate ANOVA by hand.
