So in this case, Coolers base is roughly equivalent to SSJ Goku. I’m assuming that Goku was tuckered out cuz of the heart virus too. Wouldn’t mind a continuation, you’re on your masakox or something now bro It’s clever that you put in the detail that Cooler has Ki control, with that being the reason Freeza wrongly believed himself the strongest in the universe.
This was pretty cool, though I think it’s a bit too short for an arc. Maybe to extend, have Coola somehow hear of the DragonBalls, maybe the same transmission from how Freeza got it. Maybe he could’ve heard from Freeza telling King Cold about how the Namekians and their DragonBalls were brought to Earth, and with this motivation, maybe Coola would want to take them for himself and sends his men to get them. The Z Fighters could’ve find out about this and try to prevent them, where Kurirn, Gohan, Yamucha, and Tenshinhan get the DragonBall Radar. Coola’s men could’ve gone after the Z Fighters, and get the radar. Gokou, Vegeta, and Piccolo Jr would lose to Coola who could have similar forms to Freeza’s suppressed forms, who in just his third form (horror alien form) is as strong as them. Coola could’ve been weaker at first, and maybe he could’ve trained and wished Shenron to unlock his potential which could put him to be far above the Super Saiyajins, and Piccolo Jr fused with Kami could’ve been a match for him. This is good but I don’t know, compare to the other arcs, this would’ve been pretty short. The others span from like A few weeks to years. Still great though!
I could see a cooler’s revenge replacing mecha frieza with future trunks and goku jumping cooler, as goku lets him go and comes back as the final form to fight against cell, and becoming a sort of anti hero
Coolers Revenge can be considered Canon. It doesn’t conflict with the rest of the series in anyway besides Goku, not turning Super Saiyan immediately but hey, it’s dragon ball it’s not the first time they’ve thrown out logic for the sake of plot.
The way canon works is it has to be considered offical by the governing body of the media and even tho broly and bojack fit in PERFECTLY well they are all non canon
But it still doesn't make sense fully. I mean Ig in the three years between the androids so fair. But still the way the whole super saiyan thing went was kinda strange, pretty much frezia v2 so your kinda right, I'd imagine gohan and piccolo should've put up a waaaaay better fight though. Especially goku in base, he should've been able to take on cooler better than he did. Ssj did make it Hella one sided, but it is a movie so yeeaah

Cooler should have been Cannon. He would have been a fantastic new villain to follow up Frieza.

Was cooler really strong enough to take on Super Sayain goku without tranforming? Because that final form should put him around 17 and 18
