    Dear Sir, you are 100% correct about the knees!!! The knees only go back & forth, the motion for lotus is in the hips!! Thank you so much for demonstrating correct way & helping others to protect their knees!!!!

    I had to have knee surgery for meniscus tear after repeatedly getting into padmasan incorrectly. It became a habit and then all of a sudden I couldn't walk on my knee.

    Hello. Please just one remark /question : I've read in some old books about yoga that yogis do their asanas on a white wool carpet (be cause of energetic reasons). And i wanted to ask you what do you think of that and have you read it too and do you feel any difference? My heart tells me plastic isn't good. And I've also read that it cuts energetic passage between the person and the earth, the ground. Thank you if you answer, and thank you anyway for your videos! Love
    P. S. And if i live not on the ground but on the 2nd floor, is practising yoga effective in a flat? (or do we need to have our feet on the ground?) i wonder...
