Thank you for the great tutorial. I was not able to get into the Lotus position when I was 8 years old, and now I'm 68. But I'll give it a try. Thanks again
Honestly the best video so far! I struggle a lot with inflexible hips and these tips are so much different than others. Si I’m definitely giving it a shot 🤸♂️
Should I even try to do a lotus position if I have an existing knee injury? I had a semi-tear on my ACL from rugby at 18. Never fixed it. I'm 34 now and I really like yoga. I still play basketball and lift weight so I'm fairly flexible, but I really cannot sit like that. I'm honestly kind of afraid of pushing a little too much and throwing my knee out
I think you are right to be cautious! You can do plenty of other yoga poses that would not exploit your knee. Play it safe, you want your knee to last a long time!
Thanks for explaining so beautifully and also thanks for asking as it was my question too.
One of the best videos that I watched about Padmasana in my quest to master it, becoming more flexible.
Thanks.
That ball looks good. Slightly soft. Can only find those hard lacrosse massage balls which are painful.
