Retitle this. It's out of context and racially insulting. The point of this scene is to demonstrate racial ignorance, discrimination, classism and oppression by privileged white people in power, particularly, the administration that are the "bad guys" in the movie.
The white man is the one bad at golf.
The two men Cramer (R) and Douglas (D) are on a humbling bipartisan journey through America trying to escape the current administration and on that journey they learn what life is like for most of us in the real world. And they make friends. :)
The point of the scene is to show that the vice president is an idiot.
