My point being there are far fewer accidents on the autobahn, but when there is one it is normally pretty spectacular.

What would cause the steering wobble with the ducatie panigale ? It seems like the front fort angle or wheelnut location is not realy in balance. Also weird the steering damper does not solve the wobble.
ah, thats because of a front wheel that slightly goes up and the wind brakes it down, then it goes back to the ground and accelerates, your bike becomes unsteady and your handlebars wiggle around ... the anti wheelie is turned off or not working properly :/ that wiggle also gets heavier on bumpy roads ... see watch?v=QDhU28ti3Ig
+David Visser Your S1000RR hasn't as torque as the Panigale, that's what initiates the high-speed wheelie, with the bumps on the road. Also here the anti-wheelie must be off...
The front end gets very light and is barely touching the road which allows the wheel to flick the road surface out of alignment. The head shake compounds with each touch of the road. I hope that makes sense.
Excellent answers...I tried to tap out my 1299s and got it up to 190mph. My console never went blank. The wind turbulence is intense. One slight move out the tuck causes shaking...even an elbow or leg movement sticking out or a slight head up past the wind screen. He did a good job at unsafe riding lol
And I have full Termi exhaust on mine. It was loud as fuck rattling my brain and trying to concentrate looking ahead. No audio ever sounds live unless you are doing it in the moment
You must make the Steering damper harder and than you dont have the wobble. On the Video the damper and the complete chassis was Factory setting. I drove the panigale S 1299 with the Electric Steering damper and I think its the same as the normel panigale, I could not feel the difference....
Maybe a factory is a little bit on softer side eh? I suppose its not fit for an extreme acceleration like you did here in the video. :) Things would get really scary if tank slap would to happen.

Ein Lenkungsdämfer hat das Ding müsste etwas stärker in der Zugstufe eingestellt werden... Wenn die wiedererwarten keinen hat wäre das meine erste Tunigmaßnahme... weil das Flattern würde mir aufn Sack gehen.
