this is literally the only playthru ive seen of poppy playtime where they DONT immediately high five huggy wuggy, and its because ryan instead chose to slap him in the face and punch him in the groin repeatedly. gotta love the watcher boys

You know I’m kinda surprised Shane and Ryan haven’t investigated a haunted factory. You’d think those places would ripe with ghosts before safety inspections became a thing lol
Since Shane likes Vermont he could always come hit up the old Winooski woolen mills. My gran worked at them when she was a little girl, so predating not just OSHA but child labor laws in general. Naturally, they're full of horrible accident ghosts.
Probably a site insurance/general safety/legal issue-it would be SO neat to see them do a little UrbExing while ghost hunting, but it's in a huge grey (at best) legal area.

It's because they were so bad at Mortuary Assistant that they completely overlooked a key component of the game and just skipped a bunch of the gameplay somehow (still have no idea how they fucking missed the sanity clipboard it's right there by the computer)

I was also thinking this. I don't know how well it would translate to their editing style -- there's only so much you can cut down Little NIghtmares and have it still make sense and to try and fit it into a 30min episode might be impossible. Maybe over multiple parts, like this one, with the different rooms playing the role that chapters do in Poppy Playground? Might harm the cohesion of the story a little but it could be a work around...
I'd still love to see them try, whatever take they have! 😄

i wouldn't call it the "highest quality." chapter 1 was alright, but it quickly fell off in chapter 2.
Ryan walked RIGHT by the green tape and Shane and I both sighed loudly at the same time.
Shane’s forced calm tone while walking through the steps that Ryan learned the last 8 times he died is one I’m painfully familiar with when I’m playing video games with friends 😅 The underlying feeling of “We’re going to get through 😬 this no matter how frantically 😬 you mess up 😬simple😬 maneuvers”
Watching Ryan slowly pull the platform closed again as he walks away and then being absolutely bewildered on why he has to redo it is peak comedy

And props to everyone's patience if Shane and Ryan's playthrough of Chapter 2 is already in development. Every playthrough I've seen of chapter 2 is over an hour long *with* some editing done, so I can't imagine how long it'll take with someone who doesn't enjoy puzzles lol.
Either way, I'm strapped in and ready for the next episode of survival mode. This is a cool series

I love these Let's P lay videos because I was convinced Shane was incapable of feeling fear lmao. I've seen him in a dark, empty room, get touched by something and immediately go "must've gotten caught by the chair."
