"As others might not know, entrepreneurs give blood sweat and tears for the business, but this dark road is what makes an entrepreneur alive and wake up every morning in bed ready to takle the hard day, not just the happy ending which many people just only works for, that's why when they try doing business, they are eaten alive by the hard truth punched in the face by reality and might swear never coming back. That's one of the the reasons why majority of startups fail, though failing is part of learning, the entrepreneurial road is not just pure rainbows and sunshines. It's an everyday storm scenario of taking a dark road full of pitfalls, the road that will test a person if he/she is rightful enough to rip the massive rewards waiting at the end. So if you wanna be an entrepreneur, be prepared to eat shit, 'cause the road ahead is so unforgiving, but the finnish line will be so rewarding." Thanks! I recently experienced all those. Most people discourages & say all those things like most startup fails & blah blah. Also failed 1st startup. Now I have an answer & reason "Despite of all of that, It is worth it" & its true.
Hi Clem, your content is really useful. I have a suggestion for you: make the labels (for topics) on the left or right corner of the screen and keep them to the end. Also, list the topics in the description and link them to the exact time. Thank you very much!
Time buys you money which buys you options. I agree with almost everything in your video. Sometimes events that are OUT of your control can destroy your best laid plans. My uncle was the last block type setter at the Chicago Tribune back in the 1980s. (Yes, there really was a time before computers called the Gutenberg printing press). Fortunately my uncle worked for over 40 years at the Tribune and it was time for him to retire. It is easy to say in hindsight that the end is in sight but that certainly was evident in the early 1980s. The point being is that no matter what my Uncle wanted to do it wasn't going to be setting blocks for a printing press. Never be so cocky to say that it can't happen to you. Let's say the tech economy crashes then all your best laid plans come to naught. Yes, I didn't say it was likely and clearly I hope it doesn't. However, I know of LOTS of auto workers when I was growing up being sure that they had guaranteed middle to upper class jobs and we all know how that played out.
You did an entire video explaining that Romanian proverb? On a serious note, I hope i'll have my own "start-up" (I'm not interested in doing "start-ups" or having my own business per se, just working on my project, which I dedicated almost a decade now. But if I come to good results, it should result / have the potential to be a good business).
Hey Clem, I have a question to ask. I've purchased Algoexpert so I've given myself permission to do that :). How do you invest, do you do it on your own or ask a professional service? How do you make it so profitable? Maybe, you could make a video on it?
I just purchased the combo from algoexpert because it was on sale . Do you think learning discrete math or linear algebra will be helpful with data structures and algorithms?
Wouldn't delegation be worth it in the long run, the long-term benefits exceeding the short-term costs? For instance, spend a few months now training somebody to work with customer service, and then you won't have to worry about customer service anymore, saving you quite a lot of time in the future
You run Algo Expert? I get your ads all the time. I'm not sure why though. I'm a beginner. Isn't AE for more advanced people? Ones that have working coding knowledge? Anyway, you've got a great channel. Keep up the good work.

At that time I was a pretty young programmer (13) but I'd been coding for a few years. That single video inspired me so, so much. That was 100% without a doubt the BEST RUclips video I have EVER watched - to this day. I can see that it's a lot harder than it looks making RUclips videos; thank you for all of the tips, q&as, stories, explanations and even the AlgoExpert Plugs for the past two years. Also, what's planned for a 300K subs video? Is there gonna be some massive AlgoExpert announcement set for then - (it's due - if you guys are still working on new features)! But yh even if there isn't - THANK YOU Clement!
