Ok. Do you have any idea, of how many people love you? I'm in the States, in Ohio, and one of my kitchen comrades at work said he loved the Hu... I just looked at him and said "HU'S IN THE KITCHEN"!!!!! 😁...(We worked in a kitchen)...From then on, we knew we were on the same page... same vibe 😘

I love the culture sharing! With all the political division worldwide, it's comforting to learn and know that ordinary people of the world share much in common.
If you noticed when food (khorkhog) is ready, Only Ono eats first, after he taste all parts he tells his friends "please eat" at @9:56. This is custom in Mongolia, house owner eat first top parts (we call it deej), then others eat. Until then, others aren't allowed to either eat or touch it. This is kind of how others showing honor to house owner. Also it's believed in ancient time, house owner eat first, so he checks and proves food is not poisoned to others.
In Ethiopia also similar culture. Beautiful. Sending Divine light and love

In Ireland we have a cooking method that was used in ancient times that is similar to cooking the khorkhog, but on a larger scale. Rocks were heated in a fire then dropped in a pit full of water. The meat was wrapped in straw and put in the hot water to cook it. This left sites with a ring of discarded stones around a cooking pit known as a Fulacht Fia

Right! I'm so sad my dad passed in Feb. He would've loved this game. He had my sister and I shooting at the range with him. I was 5 when I started shooting .22. Around 7 I had my first bow. We were latch key kids, and his friends were always, "I feel bad for the criminal if they ever break into your house. Your girls would destroy them."
I wonder if there is a way I can get my ashes sent to Mongolia when I die. Just to hedge my bets in case I reincarnate. Their landscape reminds me of Montana.
But, yup I totally need this game in my home.

Sain baina uu Ono give us the recipe i saw meat, carrots, potatoes, salt, hot stones in a pressure cooker. You add water or something ese like onions or garlic? How many time its cooks?. Add water depends on how much meat you are eating. About 1l water in 10kg of meat i guess. If you add too much water then you cant taste real khorkhog. After you add hot stones you need to cook it on the stove about 1 hour. You can add any vegetables if you want to. If you watch art ger ( mongolian food channel) khorkhog video you’ll understand more
