Really wanted to see you again in Seattle but it's a weekday, your website and the ticket site list different times (6pm or 9pm really makes a difference on a week night), you're at a little venue that is standing only (this 58yo loves your metal but no longer can stand thru a whole concert), they say tickets as low as $30 but they sold out to resellers almost immediately so they really start at $156 (that's over $600 for four of us in a standing only venu🤷🤷). We're so sad😢😢😢😢. Hope you come again and go with a big venue that has standing & seats.

hello i just got my hu hoodie but i am not even opening it because i can see and feel that this 60.00 $ hoodie is cheaply made. the package is very light for a hoodie. iam so disappointed. i got on merchbar to find out how to return and it seems to be a bit of a scam. i am going to keep at it till i get my money back.
Presumably, you purchased via www.thehuofficial.com/merch-1, either the UK/EU Store or the USA Store. That website has a Contact tab, which you should immediately use to file a complaint! (If you purchased elsewhere, a "black market" seller with unauthorized products might be involved, with no recourse available.) I'm awfully sorry about the situation and hope you'll post here with updates! 🤞

I see you've already posted another comment that better explains what happened with the ripoff sellers at Merchbar.
Also, you may want to contact your state's attorney general's office about Merchbar because AG's offices have a division to help with consumer complaints. (I once put in a claim with the Texas AG's office about an American Airlines swindle and very quickly got an apology and full return of my money!)
