This is, by far, my favorite episode of HitK. And I say that as a host of HitK #9. A fantastic glimpse into more traditional Mongolian cuisine and culinary labor shared between mother and son. The end was especially wonderful as Jaya complimented his mother, and she kissed his cheek. A truly lovely, lovely episode. Thank you for sharing!

That was indeed sweet
How beautiful and generous of your mother to share your families traditions with your fans and the world. Those sausages look delicious. Nothing is more important than family! Thanks again for this generous gift!
The generosity of everyone with The HU --- family, friends, production crews, and the bandmembers themselves --- is very special and genuinely appreciated by us viewers. Watching Jaya and his beautiful mother chop, mix, and cook her special Tuvan Tsuliin Shul recipe puts a smile on my face and a yearning for a taste of the resulting dish. Yum!
Sain baina uu. Jaya we want the secret for have a beautiful and long hair like you. Thanks for share beautiful moments cooking with your amazing mum. Congratulations for your new house. Have fun with your kids and give a big hug for your mum. Take care minii naizuud tevrelt mendchilgee 🤗🌼😷💯🌍

OK this band has me watching for TWO reasons now. Music and food, both equally important
So happy to see them in their new home after all the hard work they've done ☺️❤️

I like how they probably started cooking with the hu as a joke but then it just hit a vibe and now people are head banging one second then taking out there cook books the next man this channel is great and I’m glad they upload it on there main channel as well not on some separate channel
I would buy a Cd + cookbook as a special edition or something ngl
I am Mongolian and I always miss our livestocks' intestines and head. Our nature and nomad culture is the great gift from our ancestors. I BOW and PRAY FOR MY ANCESTORS AND LAND AND LIVESTOCKS AND PEOPLE!
🙏🙏🙏
I am Navajo from Northern Arizona, and we eat sheep as well. Blood sausage we do the same thing mixing the blood with fat from the stomach, little bit of corn meal, potatoes and meat chopped up. . We call it dílth the liver we call azííd the heart is Jéí. Intestines we clean it very thoroughly n wrap it around fat n just grill it we call that achíí It's amazing to see that other countries have traditions that are somewhat similar to native americans. ❤
Its not just other countries tho, Native americans and Mongolians share a common ancestry thats why your and our culture has many similarities.
It's fascinating that almost every culture has a recipe of blood sausage or filled intestants. Reminds me very much of German blood sausage.
@@Attiss Yup. It's a helluva long walk, but Navajo and Mongol are cousins way waay back.

We Hungarians call the blood sausage "hurka." Wow Jaya you have such a beautiful mom! Blessings upon you & all your family! 😀👍💝
That looks absolutely amazing! And here I was frying beef and a bunch of vegetables thinking "I can cook!" Hahaha
I love your mother! She has great style, I have a shirt exactly like that! Who would have thought that someone half way around the world from me would own the same exact shirt as I have!
Тийм ээ, өвс тэжээлээр тэжээгддэг амьтад хамгийн эрүүл байдаг. Тэд хамгийн сайхан амттай байдаг. Greetings to your Mom. Хуваалцсанд баярлалаа.
When you notice Jaya has longer hair than his mother
Love this band by the way

I love these videos. It's also so nice to see their sweet, adorable families. And I'm getting kitchen envy after Enkhuush's and Jaya's kitchens! I like the modern look and the lack of clutter.
Love it! And what a beautiful new home! Thanks so much for sharing the food, your home, and your MOM!!! with us! I know your Mom must be so proud to have you for a son!

Thank you for inviting us into your home and showing us a traditional Mongolian dish! And there's no way that beautiful woman is old enough to be your mom!! 😲.
Thing about Asians is they age like fine wine does, very slowly.
Sain baina uu mash ikh bayarlalaa for share this delicious meal with us. You have a beautiful and young mother. You cook very well because she is an amazing teacher. Gaikhaltai mum. Take care minii naizuud tevrelt mendchilgee 🤗🌼😷🌍💯
My gran used to make a wonderful tripe soup, spiced up with a lot of raw garlic and a bit of vinegar. Its widely believed (in Bulgaria, where I am from), to be the best thing for getting over colds and hangover. This soup reminds me of today's episode dish, it looks amazing and I bet it's delicious!!!
This is exactly the same as the Greek soup "Patsa" which I make every Easter for the evening meal after the midnight Resurrection service. It is light and easy on the stomach after the fast of Lent.
@@richardirvine1997 yes, it's called 'pacha' in Bulgarian :)
Love Jaya's mom and his new house ❤🧡💛
We've eaten this out on the grassland, even helped prepare it... This version, prepared in a lovely kitchen with plenty of running water, looks much more appetising 😀

Wow, that looks *amazing*! I love blood sausage, my German heritage introduced "blutwurst" (literally blood sausage) to me and I've never looked back. Delicious!
The love between you and your mom is so out there, you've a beautiful relationship with her. Seeing the two of you cook together is a powerful statement of the closeness of family.
Everyone seems just so humble and proud
Thank you for sharing. I loved this. It kinda reminded me of my grandmother making mundo. I miss it terribly since she is no longer with us and the only one who knew how to cook it properly! I love the respect you show her! You are very blessed.
Beautiful moment in family, a good dish and an amazing music... happiness is here !!! Love from France

Lovely to meet your Beautiful Mum 😊
Awww Jaya... Everyday, I love you more and more.
I love the closeness you have with your beautiful mother.
It is awesome that she is a teacher.
I am a teacher, too!
Wonderful to see people who love and respect their parents rather than treat them like cash machines or be brats with them.
We see that everywhere in the west.
I love Eastern cultures because of that ingrained sense of duty and decency.

This dish reminded me of when pops made tripas de leche on the grill.

Thank you for sharing your time with your momma, and you both cooking together. ❤🙏
Omg, St.Isaak cathedral from my city.😍
I love the painting behind you at the start of this video
This reminded me of haggis, which is Scottish. I loved seeing Jaya's momma, now we know where he got his good looks! That was so generous of her to show us one of her recipes and it was generous of him to show us his new home. Such lovely people. I could definitely never make that dish, I actually could never make pretty much any of their dishes, but I'd be willing to try it at least once. Don't think I could personally eat a lot of these dishes regularly, I'm a vegetarian, but I definitely will take livestock and poultry over seafood any day of the week. So yeah, if ever given the chance, I'd definitely try each of these dishes at least once. Who knows, I might really fall in love with one. I don't like meat but I love India's chicken tikka masala more than any other dish I've had, so there's hope.
I also really like the fact that, through the comments on this video, so many different cultures from around the globe - including my Celtic ancestry, have similar dishes or at least ideas of dishes. I feel like it helps bring the world and humanity closer together rather than pushing us apart. In a modern sense we are very distant but if you look at traditions, we're all closer than we think.
I could never eat that, but im so happy you shared this with your fans! Love the vibe, and the love!💞💞💞
Got me hungry😅🤤
Que bien saber de la comida de Mongolia
Wow thank you for sharing this, your mom is beautiful
Thank you , Jaya .
Love your music 🤘i hoped to see you on the Graspop festival in Belgium this year but due to Covid was postponed, maybe last year.
Thankyou Jaya for sharing this, Western diets could benefit so much by adding organ meats to their menu's. The health benefits from eating such foods are just being "discovered" by many.
Many westerners aren't okay with eating organs though because they'd have to be reminded that it belonged to a living being.
Hence so much product is wasted; people won't choose a product if they think its not red enough; they don't understand oxidization.
💯💯💯
ruclips.net/video/svaJ_u5qSvg/видео.html
i'd eath them if they got put in supermarket but i get it "oh ew its gross", lolno
Sadly, in southern California I cannot find tripe anymore.
They sell the stomach part because it is close to the Mexican border and the large population of Mexicans calls for menudo!
But tripe is a rare thing to find nowadays.
My pops used to throw em on the grill and make what he called "tripas de leche". I am guessing is cow tripe because cow milk is more common here.
They were super tasty in tacos or just by themselves, kind of a salty, charred taste once the grill had done its job.
Glad they still sell stomach, cause if I can't have my red menudo on the holidays there will be some ass kicking.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video with your family ❤️
Wow, thks, so yummy.
