Looks great. Will definitely try this in the Kamado. Can I ask where you got the drawer units that are under the Brai? Been looking for something similar for a while. Thanks
Awesome - and you did not skip the chips either.Just cooked jerk chicken fillets on my Braai man on the Argentine V grill. Was lovely. Will try your recipe soon soon 👍 Ps. Just seen you have the new side drawer units for yours. How do you rate them?
Get a potatoe or onion, half it and put a couple of skewers into it so that it acts as a base. Put chicken on and it turns into an upright spit - can then just put it in the oven. You'll not get bbq results like this video but it'll still be good
Tried it yesterday afternoon on my rotisserie on the Weber Kettle, used a base of briquettes and some cherry logs absolutely stunning 💪🏻👍🏻
I cant wait to try out that recipe 🤗 for sure the rottisery is the star. I Personally love to use the fire box.
Great cook, looked super tasty
Beautiful! Garlic mayo for me thanks..

What’s the best alternative method if you don’t have the spit roster
