    Tried it yesterday afternoon on my rotisserie on the Weber Kettle, used a base of briquettes and some cherry logs absolutely stunning 💪🏻👍🏻

    Looks great. Will definitely try this in the Kamado. Can I ask where you got the drawer units that are under the Brai? Been looking for something similar for a while. Thanks

    Awesome - and you did not skip the chips either.Just cooked jerk chicken fillets on my Braai man on the Argentine V grill. Was lovely. Will try your recipe soon soon 👍

    What’s the best alternative method if you don’t have the spit roster

      Get a potatoe or onion, half it and put a couple of skewers into it so that it acts as a base. Put chicken on and it turns into an upright spit - can then just put it in the oven. You'll not get bbq results like this video but it'll still be good

      @@jamescrutchlow1 thanks! I have a Weber kettle so will just do that and lay it down turning every so often.
