    Tell you what, been struggling with very painful bicep tendonitis for a full year. I'm so stupid, didn't even know what the problem was. This worked like a charm. Intense relief the very first time. Three sessions in, and it's already starting to disappear. Thank you man.

    I've been experiencing a lot of bicep tendonitis related pain due to wrestling/bjj/judo, grappling sports in general. I just tried the two first exercises ( the one with the wall and the shoulder circles), did a few sets, and 15 minutes later, the pain that's been bugging me for hours is literally gone!!! Gonna be doing these before and after each training from now on, thank you so much man!!!

    Is it worth progressing the shoulder circles with light weight? With my hip tendinopathy, gradually increasing the load helped with progressing back to heavy lifting

      Passive traction I don’t find very helpful for the majority, it’s better to move things in all directions and in turn you teach the muscles to create the traction with stability then 😄

Thanks again for your videos they really help!

    • @TomMorrison
      @TomMorrison  10 месяцев назад

      Yes the nerves in your Biceps go all the way to your neck! So if you're pretty tight you may feel it all the way up. As long as the pain doesn't start getting worse it should ease with practice!

    Okay, so my issue has been all pulling exercises, curls and bar dips especially. Curls I have to max out at 25lb. I pretty much always have pain when doing 30s and basically permanent pain if I try to push through and just do them (in the lower bicep...distal, I guess).
    After trying these exercises...I can't get my hands flat to the wall and I can't do the wrist curl without my elbow activating.

    Can a bicep tendon cause forward head posture, and a straight neck? I’ve been told that my spine is misaligned, have pinched nerves, insomnia , cold hands and feet, brain fog, panic attacks, but there’s not pain in the neck, could my bicep (that’s been clicking for years have caused all of this?

    • @TomMorrison
      @TomMorrison  10 месяцев назад

      Can never just blame one thing or area really, would be good to add upper back stretches with shoulder mobility and neck stretches all combined, spine misaligned isn’t a great term either, there’s loads of people with twists in their spine and no symptoms also

    When I press my left hand against the wall, I feel like a numb-ish burning sensation all the way down my forearm and into my hand, but nowhere near like that when I do it with my right. Do you know what that means? I believe I’ve got bicep tendinitis because I had recently been feeling pain in the front of my shoulder after lifting just 20 lb dumbbells to try and get back into shape. :(

    • @TomMorrison
      @TomMorrison  10 месяцев назад +1

      Common to see that when there’s bicep problems, would gently focus on the stretch daily and that sensation should improve, don’t force it 😄

    My brother has contracted intence pain in both feet as he can't hardly stand to walk on them any great distance. He had surgery, shorting the second toe bone and even severing the nerve one the left toe bone area at no avail.
    And another doctor claims its stemming from his back.
    He is very hesitent to let them experiment further.
    Maybe there is somthing you know of that can alliviate this condition.
    He does say as long as he can wear flip flops, i.e sandals he can bare it, but not wearing boots.

      There is a podiatrist who does youtube videos with foot exercises called Ray McClanahan. Most of the videos are under the name Correct Toes, which is a product he made and sells but he doesn't say "buy this and it alone will solve the problem", like most podiatrists seem to do with orthotics. He also has lots of videos and articles on his website to explain different foot problems and how to fix them
