Super cars have some of the most advanced traction control in existence in which to save the he driver / keep the vehicle stable. Sadly alot of owners disable it and do not realize how fast an extremely light / powerful car can lose control. Lesson here is that you should practice in a wide open area / racetrack if you wish to disable advanced TCS.
but most of all, do not disable TCS when you are on a road with other drivers regardless of how well you can handle your car. that shit exists for a reason. if someone hits you or if you swerve bc someone is entering your lane, disabled TCS could result in you skidding and losing control of the vehicle. if you want to drive like a race car driver, go to a race track or drag strip, not the closest street.

Depends on speed of the F. When you do a line change you dont expect 100 mph car coming from behind. I am very careful when i see a sportspike in the rear mirror. Sometimes they come in ridicolous speed.

You can't cross a solid line period. Ferrari is wrong for overtaking. But the camera cars is wrong for crossing the line
Isn't overtaking means you were behind someone, and you need to switch lane in order to overtook that person? Like the camera guy did. If there's no one in front and you want to go faster in your lane, than it's just drive past someone, not overtaking. Maybe the Ferrari guy was too fast, but still he's not overtaking anyone. He's in US for school as most of these "rich kids of instagram" from Asia comes to California for school for some reason. Their parents buy them what they want, they have unlimited bank accounts. If you film a compilation of idiotic people in average cars you might get something way worse, and still I wouldn't say "average car buyers are idiotic in general..."
