Thank you Sir for tips. Two things. I used to have acid reflux because of Tea, as I used to drink tea a lot, but not coffee. To curb the addiction for Tea, I used to have coffee, it didn't cause me acid reflux even in high altitude where oxygen levels were low above 10,000 ft.
A labourer pushing a cart in Delhi once said that if i have acid refluxes I should try early morning few days warm water in lemon juice and Black salt. I actually didn't believe him, but as the acid reflux issue was there, I thought of giving a try. Three days and my issue has subsided.
Not sure this Ascorbic acid in lemon, and the black salt acts like a buffer? Not sure. But it soothed the avid reflux issue. I reduced my tea, had left it for 40 days but I cold places good substitutes aren't there.
Thank you for the tips and best wishes for all your endeavours. God bless you as a family. Hope you had a good time at Dads reunion.
