@@richardcerbini3257 Thanks, my only point to back my argument up is , he put out a ton of great B sides over the years and this song, he didn't even take the time to finish it properly. So he must not have liked it that much
It’s mind boggling that this wasn’t even released. Should’ve been a single, extremely catchy. C’mon Paul, release a nice high quality version with a new ‘London Town’ box set.
Daddy loved a dancer Though she never gave an answer He used to follow her all about Still, she couldn't shake him She didn't seem to make her mind up 'Til he took her to the waterspout Love comes in, love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Whoa, whoa, whoa Love comes in, love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Woody wouldn't do it But they said that he never blew it He didn't know what was hanging out 'Til he got an answer Out of daddy's dancer When she took him to the waterspout She said love comes in, love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Whoa, whoa, whoa Love comes in, love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Only love can get you at it and in a minute You will find yourself swimming in it Only love can catch you up today And take your breath away Make you wanna say what you're thinking of It's only love down at the bottom Down at the bottom of the waterspout Love comes in, love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Daddy couldn't stand it Said Woody was a bad bandit And they were knocking each other out 'Til the little dancer Came up with another answer She took them to the waterspout Said love comes in, she said love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Whoa, whoa, whoa Love comes in, yeah love comes out At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout Only love can get you out in a minute You will find yourself swimming in it Only love can take your breath away And can catch you up today Make you wanna say what you're thinking of Only love down at the bottom Down at the bottom of the waterspout Only love At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Hopefully this track does see the light of day on reissue of London Town . Really should have made the cut. Like Girls School and Mull of Kintre. Great period for Macca.
He is just a Genius anybody else this wouldve bin released as a single and zoomed !! but there again their is nobody in my lifetime matched his Genius !!!!
I always loved the sunny feeling of this song and wondered why Paul didnt like it. It would have been in London Town, because it captures the feeling and the good times they all had in the Virgin islands.
Nice song so very well done...paul is and has been from the start an amazing musician, songwriter, singer, arranger and much more...thanks for this posting...wish you well
I love this. It’s just a perfect song. This tiny dancer might get going if this genius maestro is more officially acknowledged. Who’s the lucky lady who inspired this? 🙂 🍀 ❤
Such a sweet song! Recorded in 1977 during the London Town sessions. This upload here seems to be the original 1977 mix without the additional overdubs done in 1987 (some horns adding to the Carribbean feel and most of all the overwhelming harmonies in the Middle 8 part and the Outro). The overdubs were made in order to spice up the old recording for inclusion on McCartney's greatest hits compilation "All the Best!". But the song was ultimately scrapped in favour of "C Moon". Here's the overdubbed version: ruclips.net/video/ajuGrqCEKfU/видео.html
Exactly! And all I gotta say is that it'd BEST be included amongst the bonus cuts on the Archive reissue of LT (IF they ever get around to it). Even if it's a remix, I'LL TAKE IT!
This song should have been on the album. - it is better than at least half of the stuff on BtotheE. In fact it should have been released - it would been top 10
Having listened to this recording 50 times, I can now say without doubt that this song slaps. Crazy I hadn't heard it before.
I love this song. Should have been on London town.
London town does not get respect.....it is FANTASTIC.....so many sounds!
@@zxccxz164 Absolutely true.
@@zxccxz164 I'm Carrying is up there with Blackbird in my book.
Even McCartney's unreleased records are pure class.
PM is a gift from God
100%
From ET.
If Paul wants back on the charts, RELEASE THIS!!!!!
+SurfsUp1966 unfortunately not in today's horrible world.
Well put.
Why? Not even then did the world need a childrens song!!!
@@wink853 you're entitled to your opinion. I disagree. Have a great day!

La + belle période de Paul avec les Wings! Que des bonnes chansons!
Very beautiful song 🌚
Love this picture of Paul, Denny and Linda.... Says its all really......lots of love their as well....
This is too good to remain unreleased. just lovely!
I was searching for videos about waterspouts. Top 5 biggest waterspouts , something like that. But this video came up, well i‘m not complaining...
Hidden masterpiece.
It’s mind boggling that this wasn’t even released. Should’ve been a single, extremely catchy. C’mon Paul, release a nice high quality version with a new ‘London Town’ box set.
PURE PAUL.
This song is so amazing ,would have been a hit single up there with a little luck.
Why on earth did he not release this?
a nice happy paul McCartney song sounds like daytime suffering
What a lovely song. Left off of London Town album!? What was he thinking.
What a song
I ❤️ Paul
I love this so much!!! Can't stop to listen!!
Someday he will reissue London Town.
All credit to magic Wings..... All credit to magic Paul, Denny and Linda.... What a magic combo....
love this recorded in 1977 did,nt even make the LONDON TOWN album ,CRIMINAL
better song than Famous Groupies
@Joy Stinson Morse Moose is a masterpiece
Embarrassing, that one!
Daddy loved a dancer
Though she never gave an answer
He used to follow her all about
Still, she couldn't shake him
She didn't seem to make her mind up
'Til he took her to the waterspout
Love comes in, love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Whoa, whoa, whoa
Love comes in, love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Woody wouldn't do it
But they said that he never blew it
He didn't know what was hanging out
'Til he got an answer
Out of daddy's dancer
When she took him to the waterspout
She said love comes in, love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Whoa, whoa, whoa
Love comes in, love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Only love can get you at it and in a minute
You will find yourself swimming in it
Only love can catch you up today
And take your breath away
Make you wanna say what you're thinking of
It's only love down at the bottom
Down at the bottom of the waterspout
Love comes in, love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Daddy couldn't stand it
Said Woody was a bad bandit
And they were knocking each other out
'Til the little dancer
Came up with another answer
She took them to the waterspout
Said love comes in, she said love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Whoa, whoa, whoa
Love comes in, yeah love comes out
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Only love can get you out in a minute
You will find yourself swimming in it
Only love can take your breath away
And can catch you up today
Make you wanna say what you're thinking of
Only love down at the bottom
Down at the bottom of the waterspout
Only love
At the bottom, at the bottom of the waterspout
Seriously how does Paul just sneeze these songs out and then just put them... in a drawer. He could at least give them to Ringo
Masterpiece by all means...the one that got away...Coldcuts, my all time favorite bootleg :)
One of my all-time favorites of Sir Paul's. So gorgeous!
This is soooo good. Love Paul.
This song and the live version of "1882" are two great songs by Paul....Cant't imagine why he has never released them!! Shame.
Yes a great should have been realised as a single catchy tune
Hopefully this track does see the light of day on reissue of
London Town .

コールドカットで初めて聴いた時からめちゃくちゃ好きな曲。
なぜこんな良曲がボツになるの?
ポールマッカートニーオールタイムでも間違いなく上位にくるわ。
beautiful!!.!!
This should be on a Paul McCartney anthology, along with I Lost My Little Girl and others.
Peace & love ✌️♥️🥦
ReaLLy LoveLy.
Yep this was left off All The Best in 1987 at the last minute. Catchy silly Wings song that would have been a hit in 1978!
The Master!
obra de arte!
Uh ❤❤❤❤❤
OMG thats soo good.
FABULOUS NESS
Like Cage, this is a lost Wings single that never was. Was "updated" in 1987 for "All the Best" but dropped at last minute for C Moon.
Terrible decision. C Moon is trash, this is a masterpiece.

This gem is not from Back To The Egg but London Town sessions.

Hidden Treasure (from the 70's).
Luv dis song
Can't imagine this wouldn't've made the Hot 100 at the *least* back then.
More like top 10--I mean, it's a lot better than "With A Little Luck" which *did* top the charts, no?
Wonder if this is recorded around hope of deliverance because it's got a really nice lilting African drum vibe to it??
Missing Linda and Denny's backing vocals on some places, but very clear than previous bootleg recordings.
A great macca song a great would have made a great single
A "bijou" of Macca!!
Wtf how was this never released?
Never heard the song without the brass overdubs.
Reminiscent of the "Love is Strange" and "C-Moon" vibes from 1971 and 1972.
Better than half the stuff on back to the egg
Could EASILY replace Girlfriend. WTF? Such cool song.
What on earth is this about? Anything?
A menage a trois at a waterpark. I think...
Sex. Most of Paul’s songs are about sex. 😂
@scruffy A squirter, methinks…
I don't think this is as good as some people I've read have said... Someone said it's in the top 10 of Paul's songs, I highly disagree
Its fantastic to find gems like these now. But yes Paul have many better songs.
I agree too. Don't like this reggae vibe.
Said him and his band math remake some his unreleased songs nothing needs improved on this song
Great trac but needs Denny, Linda and a real drummer lol
This song should have been on the album. - it is better than at least half of the stuff on BtotheE. In fact it should have been released - it would been top 10
after band on the run no more rock just boring sweet crap
