I had this game downloaded to play while I was away for an event, but didn't have a controller handy at the time which it seemed to require. I think that this will be the next story game I start after watching this video! :))

You may have already heard of it, but another cool free game that just released on PC is Sky Children of the Light. The main story play through has a similar feel to it as Sheepy. It is an open world mmo so there are season passes and additional "side quests" and areas added to the game, but they are not necessary to enjoy the main story of the game.
I just started playing that the other day actually and I gotta say, you're absolutely right!! Sky is such a beautiful and atmospheric game! Honestly everything I said about Sheepy can be said about this too, I can't believe it's free haha. I'd expect no less from the team behind Journey though, another banger from them. What a year it's been for free indie games already 🥲
This game SLAPS. Genuinely insane experience, and I couldn't be more glad I stumbled upon it a couple months ago. Great analysis too!

Its free on mobile but not on console and it was an amazing game for me, the ending was interesting and its called : cats are liquid (idk wich one i think alits) its the one were you dont start with 3 other cats
I've never heard of that game before so maybe I'll have to check it out! Anything with cats in I'm instantly sold on 🙏
