There's a lot of variables. It's not really a straight line relation between the number of subs, watch hours or even views and revenue. It's more about what the advertiser sees as the "quality" of the viewer. Viewers with certain interests, certain age ranges and certain countries are considered more "valuable" so advertisers pay more to reach those people so the RUclipsr's revenue will also be higher if they attract those viewers. So, it really depends on the type of content you're putting out.
The number of subcribers pays $0. They are a trophy piece but dont mean views. For a video like this, one for every thousand views about $25-$50 after tax, depending on how long people watch and the topic. That's why creators do sponsorships like this.
