ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Preparing plants for spring + AMAZING GROWTH 💁
Before we start thinking about plant spring care, we want to focus on preparing plants for spring so they are ready to thrive in the growing season and for the plant care in spring that we will provide. Getting ready for spring is actually really fun, we get to observe our plants, be present with them and really understand how to get plants ready for spring. Pre spring plant care includes knowing where to place our plants for the season, pruning, cleaning, repotting, and of course fertilizing plants. Spring plant prep is also great to make sure that we prevent any pests infestations so our plants can grow in a healthy way and we enjoy the spring with them. If you are looking for how to prep plants for spring, this spring plant prep vlog is especially made for you :-)

Thanks so much Lucia for another great video! I actually also live in Berlin too, so your advice is helpful in general but also extra helpful as I face the same issues with the lack of sun here (and I have only north facing windows in my apartment 😭). Really looking forward to the sun and will take on your tips and hopefully soon start seeing my plants thriving again hehe
    Wishing you a lovely day!

Even though the length of day is only 2 hours difference between winter and summer the plants know the days are lengthening and they're putting out new leaves. I'm especially enjoying my diffenbachias which are growing new stems. They're going to be so beautiful this year 😍

Thx for the video! I think it’s time to start watering my plants before our last frost date and the move back outside. I had a horrible fungus gnat problem when I brought them in for the winter. Finally eradicated and kept them at bay by bottom watering with a solution of Mosquito Bit “tea”. Do you think it would be okay to add fertilizer to this solution?
