i think I know the fix for your leak, what’s causing it is the fact that when your pressure washer is on, the water comes out but there is no opening for the air to go inside the tank to replace the space, cause if it’s not water it should be air in the tank, what happens then, the air force its way through the joints causing some space to water to drop, what i suggest as a solution, open the water filling hose of your tank so it can act as an air escape route, i suggest you redo the plumbing cause the joint must been damaged. if you need more details contact me. other than that bro you definitely earned my sub, wonderful job

Nice setup. I would buy a backup pressure washer that active only last about 6 months. I had 4 replaced by warranty I just gave up on them
