White granular sugar 50 grams, 0:37
Corn oil 30 grams, 1:31
Low-protein flour 80 grams, 1:10
•Use handheld mixer to beat it for a few seconds at low speed, then turn to medium high speed and beat it for 12-15 mins. Pick it up and there will be lines when flows down.
•Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 150 degrees, bake it for 18-20 mins. Don't use the hot air.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

这跟海绵蛋糕做法差不多!打发蛋液的窍门好像没说太清楚。。。请多做一些不同口味的面包。 最好能教做几款“原麦山丘”的面包。 谢谢!

请问一般的一次性纸杯可以制作这种纸杯蛋糕吗?在烤箱里高温烘烤时会不会释放出有毒物质啊?

有专门适用于烘烤用的纸杯🧁,包装上一般标有可承受高温度数。
这种蛋黄蛋白不用分离的蛋糕我从来没有做成功过,不知道为啥
因为蛋黄蛋白混合在一起不好打发。可以试试把装蛋黄蛋白的玻璃盆放在一小锅热水上。用隔水加热的方法,打发会比较容易。

全蛋打发的话,不要用冷藏的鸡蛋,最好把鸡蛋浸泡在60度的温水里二十分钟,再取出打发,比较容易打发成功。
