Thanks. I have a Hikvision dvr. The only protocol uo-the-coax available is the HIKVISION-C Is this means I can only hook up hikvision camera if I want to use the up-the-coax? I have a no name camera and it works with hikvision c but sometimes it stop responding for a while. I was wondering if it was because it wasn’t a hikvision camera. I also need to buy another camera but without a hikvision camera, how can I be sure the up-to-coax will be compatible?
HELLO, I BUY A USED 4 TRESS CAMERA, AND I NEED TO CONFIGURE IT TO WORK ON MY INTELBRAS DVR. I AM NOT FINDING HER HANDBOOK. SHE HAS A SUITE SET FROM 1 TO 10. CAN YOU HELP ME. MODEL OF CAMERA AND A 4 TRESS SH - 6160MEH
Hi Marcelo, I have no idea which camera is that and if you can't find the product manual that can complicate things. Every manufacturer has it's own dip-switch table for the protocols and I can't help you trying to guess which combination would work. I suggest you to check if the camera shows the protocol, baud rate, etx during the boot process and then you can use such information to configure the Intelbras DVR ( I am assuming you are trying to use the traditional RS-485 standard connection from both devices). You can use a protocol that is common from both devices such as Pelco-P or Pelco-D. I also suggest you to talk to the Unrelbras support team in Brazil. Good luck.
@@marcelomedeiros215 Did you set the parameters (baud rate, parity, stop bit, etc) and also the Protocol (Pelco-P or Pelco D) ? Did you call Intelbras?
Thanks for your clearly understandable input that most gain from.
I'm glad you liked it.
If the dvr does not have connections points to connect the ptz camera to it, what is the next option to connect it to the wifi with a cable??
